We are Dan and Rebecca, and we started Eighty3 way back in 1999. Young(er) and idealistic, we had a keen desire to bring fresh new ideas and solutions to the ever-changing world of design. Web design was a relatively new industry back then, so we wanted to bring a holistic approach to branding and enable our clients to get the most out of their websites using systems and automation. Over the years, we’ve had the chance to work with some fantastic people and businesses, from huge multi-nationals and famous brands to sole traders and start-ups (we’ve all gotta start somewhere!).

Mentor Link is dedicated to supporting vulnerable and distressed children and young people by providing them with a volunteer mentor. Using Safer Recruiting techniques, fully trained adults will offer listening support and guidance to these young people during difficulties in their lives, which may include self-harm, bullying, traumatic bereavement and family breakdown. The aim of mentoring is to help these young people achieve positive changes and remain engaged with their families, learning and community, and achieve a successful transition to adulthood. The wellbeing of these children and young people forms the focus of our work.

Anna has a passion for reading, for learning that challenges expectations and curricula, for asking searching questions, as well as for strategic thinking for educational institutions. She is the author of several academic papers in Theoretical Linguistics and her most recent writing project being the Oxford University Press English A: Literature Course Companion for the new IB Diploma Programme curriculum (first teaching 2019). Between workshops, consultancies, writing and assignments, she enjoys reading, blogging and spending time with her children, her friends and her former students, wherever they are.

She delivers specific programmes in stress management, team building, coaching and effective working relationships underpinned by a strong ethos in strength focussing and asset building. Her work takes her all over the country. Jo is an ILM accredited Executive Coach. She has an first degree BSc in Sociology and Applied Social Sciences from Buckinghamshire University, and a MA in Leadership and Management from Birmingham University. She has a Diploma in Practice Mentoring Assessment. Jo is also qualified with a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (PTLLS). Jo is a highly qualified professional with a wealth of experience in working with a wide range of people.
