Welcome to Louise Anne Designs! I am Louise and I began my journey into Silver Metal clay whilst running a pottery studio and soon became hooked! The magic of turning a piece of clay into a solid piece of Hallmark Silver never fails to amaze me and I love sharing this with my students and helping them create a lovely piece of jewellery that they can wear proudly home makes my job the best. I hold a Higher Diploma in Silver Metal Clay and am a senior metal clay instructor and glass teacher. I have been teaching for over ten years running classes from my studio in Market Bosworth and many jewellery schools and galleries all around the Midlands area. I am a member of The Guild of Jewellers and am on the education committee of the alliance of metal clay. I also hold a Gold student choice award. One of my proudest moments was visiting Tokyo and seeing one of my pieces displayed in the Silver Accessories Exhibition. My name is Jamie. I am a certified Wim Hof Method instructor and what I found in the Wim Hof Method has been and continues to be so effective for me that I became compelled to start this company and share it with as many people as possible. No dogma. No strings. No standing in a bath of ice worshiping Zorb. Find it if you want, see how you feel and what it can do for you. When I was 23 I was paralysed with a rare auto immune condition called Guillain-Barré Syndrome. Doctors said there was no cure and I should take 15 pills a day for the rest of my life. Now nearly 10 years later I am not taking any of them. I have more energy than I did 10 years ago and I am running half marathons for fun (and I always hated running!). The Wim Hof Method isn't a magic pill. I made a lot of progress in the early years on my own, eating better, exercising better, meditating, (via an app). But I reached a point where I had plateaued. My desire to be the most well I had ever been regardless of condition had reached an immovable object. That was when the Wim Hof Method came into my life and with commitment and practise it blew through my limits and changed health for the better....

ABOUT WAVERLEY EQUESTRIAN TRAINING CENTRE Originally founded in the grounds of Stoneleigh Abbey WEC moved firstly to Cubbington, near Leamington Spa, and is now based at The 3B's (Bubbenhall Bridge Barn). We are very proud of the large selection of stunning horses who form part of The 3Bs family. They are trained in a variety of equestrian disciplines including Cross-country jumping, Cavalry Drills, Eventing Clinics, Team Chases, Hunter Trials, Trekking and Riding to Hounds. Polo lessons, chukkas and tournaments are available at the nearby Offchurch Bury Polo club and also we can organise outings to Knights of Middle England for instruction in riding Side-saddle, jousting, horse archery and trick riding. We can tailor our events to suit the needs of our clients, however our horses are not suitable for beginner riders or children under 12. The 3Bs is approximately two hours from Gatwick Airport, one hour and 20 minutes from Heathrow and only half an hour from Birmingham International Airport. Trains from London Euston to Coventry, or from Marylebone to Leamington Spa, take just over an hour. We are happy to meet our guests from either station and from Birmingham Airport. Our Accommodation is all en-suite with family-style dining and a congenial atmosphere with just a hint of magic! For the non-riders, or non-riding hours, we are a short distance from Stratford-upon-Avon, the castles of Warwick and Kenilworth, and there are no less than 5 excellent golf-courses within 10 minutes from the barn. Michael and Diana Jack, Waverley's proprietors, have a tennis court, swimming pool and croquet lawn at their nearby home in the grounds of Stoneleigh Abbey and often invite their guests to join them for an afternoon or evening of activities in their lovely garden. Waverley has its own breeding programme and regularly has young foals and young horses needing attention.

We are two professional mums with backgrounds in performing arts who share a passion for early learning adventure and magic. When our toddlers were still in infant-hood we spent months attending classes for babies and toddlers hoping to find one that offered live music, performance and movement with a focus on language development and social awareness. We couldn’t find anything that matched our vision, so we decided to combine our skills and develop an unrivaled concept in early learning baby and toddler classes. Performing arts, a platform for early learning! It’s been proven in countless case studies that music aids in a child’s early development, but we were looking for something more than simply music classes, we were hoping to find classes that offered a platform to develop a child’s confidence and social skills, classes that would help toddlers to shine and prepare them not just for nursery and school but for their later years. Teddy’s Playhouse was formed in December 2016 with a vision to create a magical adventure for infants and toddlers through music, song, rhyme, performance, role play, dance and movement; all of which are keyed to supporting language skill development, social awareness and confidence building. Our classes for babies and toddlers fire-up ‘little imaginations’ Our classes are structured to fire-up, nurture and aid in enhancing ‘little imaginations’. Our classes for baby and toddlers are fun, interactive and themed with live music, sensory learning objects, puppets and characters from well known and loved nursery rhymes, lead by professionally trained actors and musicians.

My name is Eva. I am a qualified and experienced counsellor based in Castlewellan, Co. Down. I have been a practising counsellor and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist since 2004. I studied in Coventry University from 1993 to 1996 and have a BA (Hons) in Applied Social Sciences. I have a post graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (2002- 2004) and I am a Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders and Obesity (National Centre for Eating Disorders 2007-2008). I am BACP Accredited so abide to their professional standards and ethical framework of good practice. Counselling is an excellent tool for discovering yourself. At Empower, it’s so important that clients see themselves as the people with the power and the ability to improve their quality of life as they grow. Testimony I struggled for years with anxiety and depression without really knowing why and always searching for the ‘fix’. When I started with Eva I wanted her to fix me. It was only with her support and guidance that I came to realise where my pain was coming from and how to learn from it and how to understand my feelings. It was a real journey of self discovery for me. Now I understand there is no magic cure, but there doesn’t need to be. Ive learned to accept myself and to allow the feelings to come and go without taking over my life. This really has been life changing for me. I feel strong for the first time and am ready to live the life I choose to live.

Before I discovered the life-changing magic of mindset work, I had a busy career in finance. But I felt bored and unfulfilled. It was like my life had very little meaning. Every week I would have meeting after meeting with traders and portfolio managers, and it was soul-sucking – just mind-numbingly bland. I felt dead inside. It made me question whether this is all life would ever be. Then I started exploring mindset work, and I realised this was my true calling. I quit my job in finance and started coaching women who felt just like me and who were ready to make changes to their lives. I’ve lived all over the world – half-French and half-Belgian, I was born in Tokyo, and spent my childhood in Dusseldorf, Johannesburg, Vienna and Hamburg. I studied in Boston and then moved to London. Now I live in Brighton, on the south coast of England, with my family. Everywhere I’ve lived, I’ve met women with the same problems. Feeling stuck, struggling with self-doubt, and despairing about making lasting, meaningful change to their lives. After working so hard to change my own mindset and finding success with my business, I’m passionate about helping other female business owners to grow their confidence, discover their inner power and take meaningful action.
