Alloa

Whilst we are proud of our Scottish roots, we are a globally minded company – we believe every individual across the world deserves to be safe, treated with respect, and have the opportunity to live their best life. Below you’ll find examples of the sectors we frequently work with. Don’t see yourself? Don’t worry! It’s likely we have worked with someone like you in a similar situation. After all, we’ve been leading the field of behaviour support for over twenty years; and our staff have more than 250 years of practice experience and service leadership. Get in touch – we’d love to discuss how we can be of service! Teachers want to teach. They want to use their skills and knowledge and passion to maximise the potential of every child in their classroom or school. Behaviour that challenges can lead to teachers feeling extraordinarily frustrated and feeling they cannot do their job. CALM get it. We understand the frustration and the anxiety. We’ve been those teachers searching for a better way to approach things. CALM supports schools and all school staff to understand and address the root causes of behaviour that challenges using a whole-school, public health approach through our integrative practice model. This enables staff to make sense of challenging situations and to develop child-centred plans to prevent, avert, de-escalate and more safely manage crisis. Such approaches promote and protect the human rights of both children and staff.

Stirling

Based in her cosy cottage in Whins of Milton near Stirling, Louise Cullen set-up Tranceform in 2016 to provide mindfulness coaching in a nurturing, creative and inspiring atmosphere. She and her associates are all passionate about passing on the benefits of regular mindfulness practice and the wonderful act of self care. Learn more about the people behind Tranceform below. One of the founding members of Tranceform, Louise now runs the business from her base in Stirling. A human first and foremost, she wants to share her knowledge and love for mindfulness with others. Louise believes in bringing mindfulness into everyday life in a real, practical way that works with your lifestyle. This means it is accessible to everyone. Following an intrigue in working in a different way, she partook in a 10 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course at the University of Strathclyde. This life changing course has had a direct impact on her wellbeing, family and friends. Louise trained as a Meditation Facilitator with the University of Strathclyde where they offer a mindfulness meditation practice each day for staff and students. She also completed the Mindfulness Foundation Qualification and Mindfulness Certificate Qualification from the Mindfulness Association which took place at Samye Ling Tibetan Centre in Dumfries and Galloway. She is a current member of the Mindfulness Association and the CIPD. Louise has developed her own eight session coaching programme and carries out 1-2-1 coaching and practice either one off or over 8 sessions. There are regular 8 week programmes and workshops taking place too. Louise has also recently worked with some wonderful corporate clients including Creative Scotland, Anderson Strathern, Prudential, The National Galleries of Scotland, The Smith Art Gallery and Museum, Brown Forman, CIPD, Kained Holdings and Moet Hennessy.
