To begin, you have a free 15 minute call where you get a feel for how we work, book online with a time to suit you. It is your first opportunity to tell us what is on your mind and we in turn can tell you if our services are suitable for you. If you're happy with the 15 minute consultation and decide to proceed, you can book a standard session online via our website also. Standard sessions last sixty minutes and are booked one at a time, there's no need to commit yourself to a series of multiple appointments, just whatever you feel comfortable with. You book our own slot with a date and time of your choosing. Each session is £150. Payment is made online and fully refundable should you be unable to attend (providing you give us at least an hour's notice) and fully refundable if you are not totally satisfied with the service or experience. Usually, we'll assign an hour to your first session, time spent modelling and listening. Sometimes this work can be done more quickly and sometimes it can take longer. Occasionally we reach 60 mins but it is not appropriate to stop as we maybe nearing a resolution, but do not worry if the session runs over, it is included in the price for the session.

I run two different classes depending on your child’s age. Jolly Babies is from newborn up to roughly 15 months and Music with Mummy classes which are from 15 months to pre school age. Jolly Babies is all about having a little fun. The songs we sing are usually original but there are also some well known ones in there too. All the songs are short and very sweet making them easy to learn. Babies love repetition so each song is sung usually at least twice. In each class, there is singing in the main, a short percussion section where the babies get to have a play with some basic instruments such as egg shakers, bells, hand drums etc. Finally, at the end of the class, there is a very short listening section where we turn the lights off and have a cuddle with their special grown up. I usually do bubbles during this part too which they love. Music with Mummy classes are very similar but we introduce a theme each half term as well as a basic musical concept, for example, loud and quiet, short and long etc. For this class the children need to be confident on their feet as it is a little more involved than Jolly Babies. Both classes are 30 minutes long and there is a maximum of 10 children per class.

Sadly, my son’s father, lost his struggle with poor mental health. My son and I faced the challenges and adversity that came with this traumatic experience. This bereavement to suicide contributed towards experiencing a downward spiral of declining mental health. The ‘’just keep swimming’’ mantra, so prevalent in society, became unmanageable. I was drowning and recognised I needed HELP. My realisation that I needed help brought about a motivation to survive and thrive from my experience. I am a proactive and HELPful coach. I use my credentials as a Master NLP practitioner, Grief Recovery Method® Specialist and Mindfulness Teacher to provide an all-encompassing approach that has resulted in helping over 1000 people. My mission is to provide people with HELP that supports positive mental health and prevent other families from experiencing loss due to poor mental health.
