The FLIP is an online community and newsletter that informs, inspires and
connects women in publishing by providing a space for conversation and access to
advice from visionary women. We hope that this resource encourages more women
from all backgrounds to apply for and take up leadership positions, contributing
to closing the pay gap and achieving a demographic of senior leaders that
reflects the companies they lead.
