KARINE GAZARIAN, PHD Karine is the founder of Artful Mindscape and workshop facilitator. Originally from Lithuania, Karine studied psychology in Canada and clinical neuroscience in the UK. She spent over a decade in research labs exploring neuroplasticity of the human brain (the ability of the brain to change) and worked in universities in England, Canada and the United States. She gained her PhD in clinical neuroscience from the Institute of Neurology, University College London. Karine's purpose is to use her knowledge to support people on their journeys towards growth, resilience, meaning and fulfilment. She is a certified, ICF accredited coach and brings many of the coaching tools and knowledge in neuroscience to her workshops in order to create a unique and powerful experience.  Karine lives in the Cotswolds with her partner and children. We are a well-established charitable organisation providing a range of counselling and training services to secure the delivery and development of high quality professional counselling and counselling associated training in Gloucestershire and the surrounding area. GCS first started in 1978 and became registered as a charity in 1984 with the aim to provide high quality, affordable counselling to the communities of Gloucestershire. At this time there was little provision of this nature outside of London, the small group of therapy professionals grew the service and later launched the training of counsellors so as to ensure an ongoing supply of professionally trained counsellors to the county. GCS was founded to provide access to affordable counselling and training for all members of society within the county, regardless of background or circumstances. We recognise that discrimination operates consciously and unconsciously in our society, which means some people have greater access to opportunities than others. West Central London Fixers bring together volunteer repairers and the community to fix their electronics for free. The idea is to nurture repair culture in the community, rather than throwing away electronics – indeed e-waste has become a huge environmental problem. The events are open to volunteer learner repairers so are educational as well. WCL Fixers currently organise monthly free repair events at the Dalgarno Trust and the Space in North Kensington as well as at the Livat shopping centre in Hammersmith. The idea however is to have three branches: WCL Fixers – North Kensington WCL Fixers – Hammersmith WCL Fixers - Westminster - from April 2023 We are supported by the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and the London Borough of Hammersmith Fulham. We work in partnership with the Restart Project. West Central London Fixers also engages in the private repair and recycling of laptops. I have scoliosis and since I was 14 I went to the physiotherapist every week to improve my posture and reduce my back pain. I lived many years abroad as a humanitarian worker. I started my journey with yoga in India in 2009, which changed my life. At that time, I was living in Chennai and to take care of my back pain, I took private yoga classes for 2 years. Thanks to my teacher, I no longer needed to go to the physio, I had my practice to manage my pain. I did my first teacher training in 2012 at the Sivananda Ashram in Orléans. When I started teaching, people with different pathologies came to me, and I was afraid of hurting them, or to do the wrong think. I then began my journey in anatomy with Blandine Calais Germain and her team in 2013. In June 2017, I was one of the very first Yoga teachers to receive her Anatom'Yoga diploma (more than 300 hours of training in anatomy applied to Yoga). My dissertation focused on the link between the spine (obviously) and breathing. My other anatomy teachers are Leslie Kaminof (New York) author of the Bestseller Yoga Anatomy and Thomas Myers (USA) author of the very famous Anatomy Trains and fascia specialist. Today I deepen my knowledge by following personalities such as Gil Hedley (Dissection and Fascia - US), Robert Schleip (fascia research in Germany), Julian Baker (Functional Fascia- UK) and Jaap Van Der Wall (Embriologist - NL).

The idea of The Nile Language School came from Egyptian families hoping to teach their children the Arabic language the same way as we learn in our home countries with the integration of English culture and language. Our children are deprived of the ability to learn the Arabic language once a week for two hours which is not enough for them to become fluent in the language. Additionally, parents at home may not have time to practise the language with their children; the lack of experience can lead to children feeling unmotivated to learn Arabic. We are planning to take the students on an educational trip in the near future to consolidate their knowledge by completing different activities; visiting museums to link English and Arabic culture together. Due to the pandemic we was able to provide lessons online due to the inability to conduct face-to-face lessons. This received many positive comments we will continue to give the option of online lesson whilst also providing the option of face-to-face lessons. This means students from all around the UK can join classes. We are based in Manchester but our school teach students from all different in the UK and outside of the UK. We provide lessons begging from Reception to A-level as we are a qualified centre to give GCSE and A-Level qualifications. We also teach Arabic for non-native speakers. We teach the Egyptian syllabus and welcome all backgrounds to join our school.

The RMB is responsible for the management and development of Netball in the South West, identifying and meeting the needs of everyone involved in netball to enhance participation experiences and encourage the uptake of the sport. The RMB co-ordinate the Regional Performance Programme, organise the Regional Leagues, oversee the strategic future of netball in the South West and continually seek to develop coaches, umpires and volunteers.
