MF Fitness was established in 2013 by Melissa, a busy mum of two children, who
is passionate about helping clients become a healthier and happier version of
themselves through exercise and a healthy lifestyle. Fitness has always been
part of her life, starting dancing from a young age, training before, during and
after both of her pregnancies which all made her see the benefits of keeping
fit, healthy and active. Mel became a Personal Trainer so she could help and
show people that it is possible to lead a healthy life. She wanted to share the
enjoyment of exercising for a healthy body and mind with others. It’s great
watching clients work hard throughout their sessions and giving them the
opportunity to push themselves to make their goals reality. The positive feeling
people get from achieving their goals is rewarding for me and motivation to keep
doing what I do. Everyone is different and I am committed to helping you achieve
results by providing functional, effective , and practical training. I will
educate, inspire and motivate you to live a fitter, healthier and happier
lifestyle. As as a busy mum of two I know it is hard to find time to exercise
and lead a healthy lifestyle. I want to show you it is possible and help you
gain back that confidence, feel happy and fit and be energized. A healthy
lifestyle is about making simple changes you can live with long term. I am here
