Having worked in offices before becoming a Personal Trainer, I believe I can
relate to and apply nutritional and exercise interventions when working around
busy lifestyles and work life. I work with a range of clients: Men, women,
office workers, stay at home moms, business entrepreneurs. Many of whom do not
have the time or resources to research every training programme or diet to
apply. This is why people contact me. For help to get started with a
professional who can apply a wealth of knowledge quickly. With a Bsc in
Nutrition, Exercise and Health I look to apply critical thinking and research
evidence skills to the advice I provide to my clientele. Researching different
forms of training and nutrition is part of my continual development along with
attending many conferences, seminars and lecturers from leading specialists. My
own exercise and training consists of many forms of Martial Arts as well as
strength & conditioning. I work by emphasising form and technique in weight
training progressing moving towards a higher intensity. In 2018 I debuted in
Amateur Mixed Martial Arts. My own goals are to compete again and gain more
experience in the sport.
