Prestige Personal Fitness offers clients the luxury of in-home and virtual health and wellness services. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic PPF has responded by putting rules and recommendations in place that will continue to keep both our clients and staff safe. This has allowed for us to continue to help our clients maintain a healthy lifestyle. Our COVID-19 Response All staff are required to check temperatures daily and report to management. Staff are required to wear mask at all times and carry and apply hand sanitizer while in sessions. If the staff has been in contact with an individual who has tested positive for COVID-19 the staff member must be tested and self-quarantine for the recommended time suggested by the CDC No 2 staff member are ever in contact or in the same vicinity as another staff member therefore limiting the chance of infection. The Prestige Mission It is our mission to create a personalized and unique health and wellness approach for every client. Our staff assesses in depth every client’s goals and allows for us to create a personalized approach to meet and exceed your health and wellness expectations. All our staff travel to you. Limited space can go a long way. No equipment no problem. Our trainers, instructors and therapist will bring the necessary equipment for you to get a challenging, fun and result driven workout from the comfort of your home, outdoor space, or semi-private facility. Our services include personal training, yoga, nutrition, massage therapy, group fitness, high-rise and corporate services. We have been specializing in health and wellness for over 15 years and have been recognized as “Best of Chicago” by Modern Luxury Magazine.

No matter where you are on your journey, Christy is here to help: let’s you moving again with workouts, help you navigate healthier eating habits, and coach you towards the overall lifestyle you want. No matter where you are on your journey, it is Christy's goal to help educate and guide you through your options regarding your health and wellness. Everyone can be fit, healthy, and feel good, AND have fun doing it! Christy currently resides in Portland, Oregon, but is originally from the Washington D.C. area, where she went to high school at the famed T.C. Williams High School (Remember the Titans!) and then graduated in 2010 from the College of William and Mary with a B.A. in History. Christy went back to school and completed a B.S. in Applied Health and Fitness from Portland State University in 2019. She has been passionate about health and fitness her whole life, and loves to share her enthusiasm with others! Christy is a graduate of the National Personal Training Institute of Portland (2013), and has been a certified personal trainer through the National Council on Strength & Fitness since 2013, as well as a NCSF Certified Strength Coach since 2021.

I hope this marks the beginning of a transformative journey for you.  My name is Sally, and I discovered energy healing when I was seeking solace for my own struggles with poor mental health. I came to a point on my path where I felt that if I did not heal, I may not survive here on Earth. So, I sought healing through yoga, meditation and lifestyle changes, which led me to energy healing, sound healing, light language, plant medicine, nature and community. What I didn’t anticipate, was that I would be strongly called to train and offer healing for others. I answered the call. I believe that my many dances with darkness and my own healing journey have provided me with the experience and initiations required to work with energy, support others, listen to, and truly emphasise with the tremendous pain that one can feel when navigating dark or unsettling periods of life. I am still healing, evolving and learning, but these practices have truly transformed my life, so I feel incredibly honoured to share them with you.  Energy healing can support us on our path in a myriad of ways. If you’re feeling lost, stuck, at a cross-roads, or struggling with poor self-image, self-worth, indecision, or illness, energy healing can help us to find balance, clarity and encourage our body’s natural ability to heal.  It can also offer us so much more. Embarking on a healing journey can help us to reconnect with our soul purpose, our reason for being here on earth at this time. It can support us in recovering our gifts and passions, and help us to find our inner fire so that we can share them with others, or step more fully into who we truly are.  You hold so much knowledge and wisdom inside of you, but so many of us have forgotten how to tap into our inner truth or connect to our intuition. I create sacred spaces and ceremony, so that you can remember who you are. To reawaken your inner fire, release trauma, and connect to likeminded souls in beautiful community.  We do not need to walk this path alone, and it would be my honour to connect with and support you on this strange, remarkable, and joyous journey through life.

We started in 2009, and we’ve been on an epic journey ever since. From our beginnings where we were solely focused on children’s football coaching to delivering our first ‘100% Active’ session in 2017, we’ve tried to stay true to our core beliefs. These are that all children should have the opportunity to develop through a variety of exciting activities that engage both body and brain, inspiring them to have a happy and healthy lifestyle. From the outset our focus has always been on children and their enjoyment of being active, learning new skills, improving their confidence and developing friendships. When we started in 2009 were running sessions for approximatley 40 children a month; this has now increased to almost 2000 children a month. We genuinely love being part of the children’s development and over the years we have had some amazing stories to tell. We find it fascinating to observe how individual children are in their handling of situations and how they get their characters across when integrating with new groups of children, even at the age of 18 months old. It is this kind of reward that keeps us focused on our goals, but we have a big challenge! Children of today are growing up in a world where they can lose hours during a day, day after day, week after week through being on electronic devices, during which time they have no interaction with other people. We have to acknowledge that we are living in a technology encompassing world now, but our vision is to create a balance between technology and being active. We want to offer variety and engagement through the sessions we offer to ensure children don’t lose the vital skills which will help them as they develop in life… things such as social skills, the ability to converse, the ability to handle situations, to adapt to changing environments, earn respect, be part of a team and how to win and lose.
