Drowning Prevention is why I have a swim school, it is the driving force that gets me out of bed each day. I know that teaching a child to swim confidently gives them the best chance possible if faced with an emergency situation in any body of water. As a swimming professional I also know the sad statistics surrounding drownings. It is my hope that we start the conversation TODAY about what steps we can take as parents and child care professionals to help prevent another tragic loss.

Hi, my name is Martin Kerton, and I am an experienced First Aid & Lifeguard Trainer. During my years in the leisure industry, I discovered the importance of team members having good first aid training, but found that often, the courses provided did not cover all of the skills necessary to develop a truly great first aider. I decided that this needed to change, so I founded MJK Training for companies and businesses in need of these First Aiders and Lifeguards.

This course will be delivered through blended learning, 6 hours of online training, followed by 6 hours of classroom-based learning.
