Graham McEwing Graham McEwing has gained extensive knowledge throughout his working life within a number of areas from 2005 to the present day. During this time he works with a range of training providers and helps learners achieve their apprenticeships and functional skills within a wide range of course subjects. Currently his key focus would be within the Construction sector and currently provide Level 1 – Health & Safety courses. Kate Blye Kate Blye has achieved significant success with helping learners predominantly working within the construction industry. Kate worked as an Inspector for HSE for 9 years, and has an in depth understanding both of health and safety and of the construction process. She recognises that the practical skills required for construction work aren't always suited to a classroom situation and is passionate about making her training accessible to everyone. Ryan Lee Ryan Lee provides excellent support across many training areas but concentrates on the construction sector when delivering the Level 1 - Health & Safety in a Construction Environment course for OST. Other activities include tutoring for traineeships and apprenticeships. Ryan is passionate about delivering courses and upholding regulatory compliance. The New School is a centre of excellence for training and research in existential psychotherapy, counselling psychology, pastoral care, autism, diversity and coaching. It has attracted many experienced and creative teachers and trainers as well as numerous research supervisors with a record of original research publications in the field. It was founded and established by Prof. Emmy van Deurzen, an international authority on existential therapy, psychologist, philosopher and author of many seminal texts in the field, together with Prof. Digby Tantam, an eminent psychotherapist, philosopher, researcher and influential author in the field of autism. Emmy previously founded the School of Psychotherapy at Regent’s College as well as the Society for Existential Analysis and ensured that the New School courses would be deeply rooted in the tradition of continental philosophy. NSPC offers joint psychotherapy and counselling psychology doctoral programmes with Middlesex University with the option of post-graduate diploma and masters exits. It also offers a masters’ course in existential coaching, two online MSc programmes, a foundation course, short courses, one day workshops and numerous introductory courses. It has a unique online programme, the septimus courses, which are integrated with the doctoral programme, or can be taken as stand-alone modules. It is a unique and dynamic institution, which affords its students the opportunity to pursue their personal and professional interests and establish their chosen careers through theoretical and skills training, alongside supported placements and research. EAS' training centre was opened to improve upon the lack of options for our industry to get quality training for beginners to time-served engineers. We introduced a non-complicated vision to training with the schemes availiable to EAS to ensure that you are getting the best outcomes in a cost effective manner. Running small groups (1:14 max) EAS can focus more on delivery giving a greater overall experience to learning and development. We have found apprentices respond well to our system of learning which we can manage the group better in terms of development and to stretch/challenge those that are excelling. We promote a mature learning enviroment where everyone works as a team and is included. What else do we do differently? - For appretniceship delivery our commitment to you the employer means by each morning you will emailed to confirm if your apprentice(s) have not attended college. We will review progression with you personally or with a supervisor every 12 weeks so you know exactly what has been delivered, if there are any issues and what needs to happen in the future to help your Apprentice(s) to flurrish. We listen and act upon your concerns and we encouraged you to pop in to the centre for a cup of tea and a chat. Peace of mind for you but also lets your apprentice know we work together. Our results speak for themselves. We are currently running at 97% pass rate for all those who attend EAS, that's way above national benchmarks. You wont hear any complaints from your Apprentices about not having tools or materials thats for sure....... nor will they be taught by the book, nor sent to the library or home as the tutor didnt turn up. EAS has listended to Employers feedback on previously used providers and these points always get raised. EAS promise this will never happen unless something drastic has happened completely out of our control.

BeeLeaf is a Training and Accrediting Member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy. We enjoy the attendance of international delegates, from a wide range of cultural, social and professional backgrounds, who all contribute to what makes the BeeLeaf experience so special. BeeLeaf is a not-for-profit Organisation and was established in 1993 by Hypno-Psychotherapist and Trainer, Pamela Gawler-Wright, to establish a unifying identity for her therapy and teaching work. Pamela has designed and delivered seminars, workshops and training courses since 1986 for many local authorities and established Training Organisations, across the length and breadth of the British Isles. BeeLeaf is a response to the request of many of her clients, trainees and supervisees. People hungered for creative, practical and challenging Psychotherapy training in a learning environment that honoured in practice the presuppositions of Erickson, Satir, Perls, Bateson and Systemic NLP. Therefore, an independent training organisation was created, that grounded its work in the ethical and therapeutic application of Neuro-Linguistic Psychotherapy and Ericksonian Hypno- Psychotherapy. This approach has since blossomed into the modality of Contemporary Psychotherapy. Over the years, BeeLeaf has become a team of talented professionals with decades of collective experience in provision of psychotherapy and training, who have joined Pamela in this successful endeavour. Gill Turner, psychologist and Consultant, joined BeeLeaf in 1997 and assisted in forming the Foundation Certificate in Neuro-Linguistic Psychotherapy. The expansion of activity required the input of a new Managing Director and in 1999 Mandy-Jane Herring, an experienced Educationalist and Manager led BeeLeaf in another evolutionary leap. Not long after this Julia Lloyd, Graphic Designer joined as a Non-Executive Director. BeeLeaf’s team has since grown and is complemented by several other experienced and talented professionals in the field, all of whom bring something very special to the whole training experience.
