We offer an elite practitioner level course in specialised myofascial release and craniosacral therapy. This course is currently the only one available in the UK with such in-depth knowledge. We also hold several one day introductory clinics and workshops covering the above subjects which are well-received and sought after. The genuine focus of our training school is strictly based on remedial, rehabilitation and healing for the horse. My name is Steph. I’m delighted you’ve found your way here to my website. So here it goes, a little about me and how I discovered this magic thing called yoga… To be honest, yoga wasn’t something I had given much thought to before I happened to find myself in the middle of a yoga class. After years of inactivity and sitting in an office chair staring at a computer nine to five, I remember how challenging my first class was. I had no idea what to expect, what I was doing or even why I was there. But, something about it brought me back the next week, and the next, and the next… Simply showing up changed everything! Do yoga with Steph at Three Towns Yoga Yoga was an unexpected discovery that took me completely by surprise. With each practice, it gradually became more and more a part of my life. My yoga practice helps me know myself better and helps keep me present and grounded as I continually search for balance in my life. Teaching and sharing what I’ve discovered about yoga so far is a real privilege and I’m dedicated to learning more so I can share it with you. I’ve been able to practise and learn with many wonderful teachers who have helped me discover more about this amazing practice. I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training qualification with CYS Glasgow at Merchant City Yoga. I’ve studied with Bernie Clark, completing a further 50 hour Yin Yoga teacher training course. I practise regularly under the expert eye of my teacher Judi Farrell at Merchant City Yoga and assist her in the ‘Mysore’ room. I’ve also practised and learned with a host of amazing teachers including Rose Ann McKean, Siobhan Fitzgerald, David Keil, Scott Johnson, David Robson, Peg Mulqueen, Jacinta McBurnley, Taylor Hunt and James Boag. In teaching and sharing yoga, I hope to open the door to possibility, discovery and change for others with the same care and compassion as it was opened for me.

Welcome to Evolve Enterprise Established in 2016, Evolve Enterprise offer bespoke support for children from 7-11 who may be at risk of becoming disengaged in mainstream education due to their complex needs and vulnerabilities. We specialise in working with children who struggle to adapt to the demands and expectations of mainstream school and support them and their families through the pathways of assessment, planning and intervention. We offer a therapeutic based alternative provision from our center in Well Lane Primary School (Annex). We aim to to support schools, children and families and, if possible, help them to either re-integrate back to their mainstream school or enable transition into the provision that is most suitable to meet their educational needs at the earliest opportunity. Our therapeutic and nurturing environment is designed to support all our pupils to help them to progress and develop personally, socially and emotionally. We understand the importance to children and their development of being in a mainstream setting and spending time with peers and friends but, unfortunately this is not always possible. Our goal for all children who access the Evolve programme is to support them to integrate back into their chosen pathway while supporting schools, parents and other support services with a more strategic and seamless transition. At Evolve we have a strong sense of responsibility to our children and families and believe that by working in partnership we can help them to achieve so much more. Our vision is for Evolve to be a single point of contact for schools, helping manage the day to day support for each individual and, by promoting consistency and structure through our therapeutic learning, we aim to give them a sense of security and belonging. We believe that by offering this it will give a more complete support package and, by working with schools, help to maximise the best outcomes that help to guide some of the most complex and vulnerable children through key stage 2, and beyond, with purpose and guidance.

o illustrate the OLS journey, we use a persona/story of Joy, a mentee participating in the program, and Sam, their mentor, as they progress through their open science training. Joy will provide an outline of a project in their application that they will develop in the program. Additionally, they will indicate their interests in learning particular aspects of Open Science and research. Sam will register as a mentor and list their expertise that they would like to share with their mentee. After the selection process, they will be involved in the following steps of this program: Based on their common interests, they will be introduced to each other as suitable mentee and mentor They will meet every 2nd week on mentee-mentor calls (around 30 minutes). Sam will help Joy evaluate their understanding of the new topics introduced in the program, and guide their progress by providing constructive feedback. Joy will be given assignments before these calls to help them apply new skills to their project. When needed, Joy and Sam will connect with other experts to invite consultation on their project. Joy will participate in online training calls and share insights with other participants in the program. In these cohorts calls, they will be introduced to new topics and resources, participate in break-out discussions, and listen to expert talks. Joy will get to know their peers from the cohort during social and co-working calls. They will share their project ideas, learn about others’ projects and discuss assignments. A final graduation call will allow Joy to present their project to other participants and exchange values. Sam will also participate in mentor training calls and attend topic-based discussions with other mentors aimed at enhancing their mentoring skills. A self-evaluation survey, mid-cohort survey and post-cohort survey will help Joy and Sam in positioning their knowledge in open science leadership before, during and after the program.
