The Bute Group (Bute) is a group of experienced facilitators and coaches who specialise in consulting, designing and delivering exceptional management and leadership learning and development group and 1:1 coaching programmes. At Bute the team’s vision was to deliver outstanding training and development programmes following contemporary theories and concepts and to inject some fun whilst carrying this out. Today the vision remains the same, however, the name has changed and now the team focuses exclusively on developing managers and leaders. In 2014, the team designed the 3:2 Management and Leadership Model, a framework formed around five components; three of the components represent the individual’s requirements, developing attitudes, changing behaviours and boosting skillsets, while the remaining two consider the business requirements of meeting goals and achieving high-performance outcomes. The 3:2 Management and Leadership Model is core to our development offering. Our facilitators and coaches have many years’ worth of experience in operational management and leadership roles. They are passionate about their own development too with professional qualifications including: coaching accreditations, management accreditations, ITIL, Prince 2, Psychometric Assessments, A1 Assessments, and various degrees. We create strong partnerships with our clients working alongside them to help them achieve their goals. Founded in 2013 by Bea Simpson, Spirit In Stirrups Limited (company number 8775514) is a West-London based business dedicated to developing excellent horsemanship and leadership potential in individuals or groups/organisations by providing unique and exceptional learning opportunities through one-to-one coaching, mentoring and Equine Facilitated Learning (EFL) workshops & programmes. Bea has since combined her passion for life-long learning and development and working with horses, making Spirit In Stirrups Limited a unique coaching & training provider. Bea draws from a wealth of experience, knowledge and skills gained during careers spanning nearly three decades in various Leadership & Management roles in the public and private sector as well as in the equestrian world. Bea's equestrian experience spans over more than 30 years. Having discovered her passion for all things horses at a very young age, she took her 'hobby' to the professional level by becoming an apprentice jockey at one of Europe's oldest and most prestigious racecourses, Berlin-Hoppegarten, in Germany. There she graduated from Jockey School with distinction and qualified as a Specialist for Horse Keeping, Breeding & Professional Rider in 1991. To broaden her skill set further, Bea went on to work for 18 months at Berlin's Equine Veterinary University as a Veterinary Nurse, gaining invaluable experience and insights in equine health and welfare which have stood her in good stead all throughout her career. Bea continues to develop and broaden her own knowledge and skillset through regularly attending CPD training days. She previously trained with Kelly Marks (Intelligent Horsemanship) and is a committed student of Marijke de Jong's Straightness Training Home Study programme, employing these skills and techniques in her day-to-day work. Since 2013, Spirit In Stirrups Ltd has successfully delivered the ‘HorsePlay’© workshop programme to a number of London Borough of Brent-based primary schools, as well as mentoring programmes and team building workshops to organisations such as Kensington Temple London City Church, Bucks New University and Coca Cola.

Hello and welcome to GH Learning Centre, a Training Centre for Dental Nurses. At GH Learning Centre we academically transform students into professional dental nurses. The whole team including the admin staff is qualified in the dental field. Our lecturers and Internal Quality Assurers have vast experience in the field and some are examiners for the National Examination Board for Dental Nurses (NEBDN). We thrive to improve the British dental system through training and releasing qualified and committed professionals into the field of dental services. Our Philosophy The Training Centre takes pride in fostering a sense of determination and professionalism in our students. We achieve this by promoting excellence, integrity and honesty which we believe goes far beyond the classroom. We recognise the need to focus on each student as an individual in order to bring out the best in them. Our History The Training Centre was founded in January 2014 with a vision to provide a wide spectrum of dental professionals. The Centre is growing from strength to strength and now has 2 Centres in Wembley and Southall. Learning environment We have face to face classes at the Training Centre, online classes as well as blended classes. Sessions are carried out in a relaxed environment and are tutor led so you have an opportunity to ask questions and take part in group discussions and interact with other students. If you miss a session, do not worry, sessions are recorded so you can always catch up later. On completion of the syllabus, thorough revision classes are carried out in preparation for the exam. We currently offer 3 courses as follows:- 1. National Diploma In Dental Nursing 2. Certificate in Oral Health Education (post Qualification) 3. Certificate in Dental Radiography (post Qualification)

The Adab Trust was set up in 2007 to facilitate improved employment outcomes for students from challenging backgrounds. Since inception, the Trust has worked with six universities and supported over 7,000 undergraduates and recent graduates. Our inaugural programme was the 'Leadership by Example Programme'. This involved high calibre graduates from ethnic minority backgrounds - particularly from modern universities – being put through a six stage employer-led training and selection programme. The selection programme was delivered by one of UK's leading executive search agencies - Odgers & Berndtson – alongside the market leader in psychometric testing - SHL group. Successful candidates were then marketed to employers and in our first year of operation, 45 candidates secured graduate level roles. From delivering our inaugural programme, we discovered that the principal barrier to most graduates being able to secure their desired jobs; was that they often lacked the soft skills employers sought. To address this, we developed our current programme - the very successful 'Employers in Higher Education (EHE) Programme'. The Employers in Higher Education (EHE) Programme: This programme aims to create a strong connection between education and employers. This is done by bringing employers onto campuses to deliver a range of creative and innovative training sessions to young people.
