I set up The Yorkshire dog trainer in 2020 to offer the people and pets of Yorkshire a new method of training. The Yorkshire dog trainer is a fully certified business, and I also regularly consult with local veterinarians to make sure that my methods and nutritional and medical advice are 100% up to date and correct. I take your pet’s health and well being as seriously as humanly possible! The Yorkshire dog trainer believes that owning a pet is an amazing and rewarding experience, but also a responsibility, not a luxury. Training your pet properly will lead you to a greater understanding of the animal, and I firmly believe in the owner-pet relationship being one of mutual understanding and respect. I immerse you fully in the training process, and with this holistic approach, I find that owners end up learning as much, if not more, than their pets. We are looking for loads of volunteers to help us run throughout the summer, autumn and beyond, and have roles at all levels: learn how to organise a pressing day or apple collection, or how to lead a team of other volunteers help at one of our pressing days collect fruit from people’s homes help with juice or cider sales. join our committee and help with the running of the project. Use a skill you have, to develop the scheme – public engagement, social media, fundraising…. Training and support will be provided for all roles; more detailed role descriptors coming soon…. I empower women by teaching them yogic techniques that they can then share with others. I listen to and guide women and help them find their purpose in life. I lead women to connect to themselves and others on a conscious level, promoting self love and self acceptance. I support and build community through women’s circles with emphasis on ritual and ceremony to life. My offerings are both online and in-person and include yoga teacher training, yoga classes, mentoring and life coaching. I am a registered Yoga Alliance and Yoga Detour Instructor I am from Halifax, UK and live at Yoga Beach House in France where I host my retreats, trainings and workshops with business partner, best friend and husband James (who is also a yoga teacher, relationship coach and retreat chef).
