Due to the demand for Level 3 Exercise Referral and Level 4 Specialist courses
we are looking to expand our pool of lecturers to join us in the expansion of
WRIGHT Foundation CIC in the UK and internationally. The position best suits
Sport and Exercise Science/Medicine specialists with a fitness and/or
rehabilitation background. Due to changes in delivery of our courses during the
pandemic and recent webinar programme offers we are particularly interested in
hearing from lecturers who have experience delivering training in virtual
environments. Your normal place of work will be at locations across the United
Kingdom (inc. Northern Ireland.) However, you may be required to work overseas
(English language courses only) occasionally as and when required. Essential
Requirements Minimum Bsc (Hons) in Sport, Exercise Science/Medicine or Physical
Activity for Health Fitness industry recognised qualifications in exercise,
physical activity or health in at least one of the key topic areas e.g. Cardiac
/ Cancer Rehabilitation, etc A recognised assessor qualification or willingness
to work towards within a specified timescale A commitment to continuous
professional development and developing academic agility in support of the
business and its customers. Experience of supporting others’ learning through
teaching at degree or post-graduate study level An appreciation of how adults
learn and an appreciation of study skills
