Bonjour, bienvenue and welcome! My name is Faye and I am a part-time,
professional French and English tutor who also offers proofreading and
French-English translation. I’ve tutored in the UK for 2.5 years and have many
longstanding, regular students. Before this, I taught English at a university in
France. Teaching Philosophy I am a true Francophile and literature lover and
adore sharing these passions through teaching. I pride myself on curating
engaging and creative lessons, tailored to my students’ needs and goals. With 5
years’ tutoring experience, I am intuitive to my students’ learning behaviours,
and allow these to guide our learning relationship. I create a safe learning
environment in which my students feel comfortable in challenging themselves. I
also facilitate an open and honest relationship with my students to ensure all
their needs and expectations are met.
