We have an excellent track record delivering Formal Qualifications which could lead to a progressive pathway onto a Study Programme, Traineeship, Apprenticeship. We also offer Work Placement Activities specialising in Landscaping/Construction, Motor Vehicle, Childcare, Health & Social Care and Hair & Beauty. We work with all students with different Academic abilities, SEN and students who are at risk or have been excluded from mainstream Education. For those students who my be unsure about their vocational path – we can hold taster sessions and activities to assist them with their choices. EverRoof have designed a range of roof systems to transform unusable and ugly flat roof spaces into beautiful green multi-use areas. The EverRoof systems are the only artificial green roof systems on the market to hold classifications for wind and fire resistance. The systems have been tested to UK and EU standards, achieving A-C fire rating and Broof(T4). Our proven systems and flexible fixing methods add an extra layer of protection and extend the life of the roof without voiding any warranties. The EverRoof artificial green roof systems have been tested for wind uplift resistance and showed that they can resist wind speeds of at least 100mph, without lifting or showing any signs of damage or distress. Our flat roof systems create good vertical drainage through the grass surface, ensuring the grass does not lay in slow or pooling water and additionally does not hinder horizontal flow.

At Hambrooks, we have designed nine beautiful show gardens to help you find inspiration for your own. You will find a range of styles and plants that provide ideas to take-away, suitable for any site and for however you want to use your outside space. Each garden has year-round interest, with some seasonal highlights, and each showcases different hard-landscaping, furniture, lighting or shading options. Our covered walkway means you can view each garden in the dry (or the shade) all year round. But we encourage you to step into the gardens too, to get a sense of how they feel for you. The average garden in the UK is just 188 square metres*; that’s something like 11 by 17 metres (or 36 by 56 feet). Our show gardens are deliberately within this range, to ensure that what we’re showcasing is achievable, no matter how large or small your space at home. Get a taste of each garden by clicking the links below. Each show garden page includes photos, a plan and dimensions, and lists of the key plants and materials used. But they are no substitute for seeing them in the flesh so please do call in during Centre opening hours (hyperlink to) to visit the gardens, for free, for yourself.

Over the years, Silver Tree Services (STS) Ltd. has grown from one small team, to eight teams of qualified professionals, supervisors and managers. Our Animal Management Centre has specialist areas for large, small and exotic animals. These include snakes, spiders, ferrets, rabbits, birds of prey and many more! We also have a fully functioning farm with rare breed sheep and cows, pigs, goats, llamas, donkeys, chickens and ducks. If you’re looking to enter a career in a land- based industry, there is no better place than our college. We are widely recognised by industry specialists for our training excellence and many successes at RHS Chelsea and Hampton Court Flower Shows. Work from the college has been seen across the world! The indoor riding arena is one of the largest of any college in the country and we are home to a large, diverse range of animals in our Animal Management Centre. Other facilities include specially designed studios and workshops for floristry, garden design, horticulture and landscaping and access to an adjoining 18-hole golf course. Success rates are higher than the national benchmarks, and our tutors are experienced industry professionals. To help with the transition to college, we also have a comprehensive student support team that can assist with applications, securing funding, careers guidance and personal tutoring, and much more! Specialist resources and facilities On the 400-acre estate with woodlands, wetlands, livestock, gardens and grasslands, as well as a campus nursery, workshops and design studios. We also have football and rugby pitches, one of the largest indoor riding arenas of any college in the country and one of the top centres in the south east as well as two fully accredited cross-country courses and stabling for up to 40 horses! Our Woodlands Centre provides a safe and secure environment for learners with severe and complex, learning, social and communication difficulties that may also have a physical disability. Learners will benefit from a bespoke learning programme and a range of specialist facilities including a sensory room, communal garden area and more!
