All NDA trainers have long-time and relevant industry experience and a minimum of the following: An Award in Education and Training (Level 3 or equivalent) and IOSH Managing Safely. NDA trainers are EU Skills Approved and WRc Approved. The NDA training suite of drainage-related courses is fully approved by DrainSafe, the new quality marque for the drainage industry.

Erich Debnam became involved in Health and Safety in 1997. Since 1997, he has held various positions both as an in-house and external Health and Safety trainer. In 2003, he went into the self-employment market as a Health and Safety Trainer. Erich is an experienced Health and Safety Trainer who has travelled extensively throughout the United Kingdom carrying out training for both the public and private sectors. He has also been teaching at a local business centre which is part of a college on a regular basis. Erich is currently Dip OSH, Grad IOSH and NPORS approved as well as gaining certification in Teaching Adult Learners 7307. Erich has also gained NPORS and Qualifications Network approval as an instructor and centre for various courses.
