We are a diverse, lean, yet responsive organisation on a firm strategic journey
to realise ambitious plans to enhance access to high quality education and embed
a philosophy of the Montessori Approach globally. Governed by a Board of
Trustees who are accountable for agreeing the strategic direction of our
activities, ensuring statutory compliance in respect of data protection,
equality and diversity, health and safety, human resources and financial
probity. The Board delegates full responsibility for the day-to-day management
of the organisation to the Chief Executive Officer. At this moment in time, the
Board wishes to appoint two Montessorians as new Trustees. Applicants must be
able to demonstrate a clear, and contemporary understanding of the Montessori
Approach through practical applications. Upon appointment, the Trustees’
presence on the Board will complement the skills of its other members.
