Network Integrity Systems Inc. The Inclusive Bangladesh Development (IBD) is the one of the intelligence supporting Build Bangladesh. It has commenced its journey by investing in human capital. IBD is based on the strong foundation of social empowerment, economic entrepreneurship and environmental sustainability works demonstrated by the Impress Group through their media stream Channel I over last 16 years. Their impact based works on agriculture, awareness of health and hygiene among young girls, campaign supporting Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) and social entrepreneurs, nurturing and rewarding creative and talented young children, men and women as gateway to the entertainment industry, supporting disadvantaged children and young people to become future leaders, basic skills development for girls from remote villages and developing educational games to promote ‘spirit of Bangladesh’. Dance & Movement Specialist Over 25 years as dance, movement and therapy specialist. Originally trained in dance in the U.S going on to manage one of the top New York dance studios. As a 10 dance finalist (Ballroom & Latin) 3 years running, gained top teacher award for training students with disabilities to competition level. However in 2003 I was told I would be wheelchair bound within five years due to a serious back problem. It was then that I discovered the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® along with my knowledge and previous training was able to have complete recovery. With both this profound practical and emotional experience, I feel I am perhaps uniquely placed to help others looking for pain relief or rehabilitation. Using massage, movement and the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® as my building blocks I draw on a wide range of techniques from Orthopaedic massage to Somatic movement, Myofascial Release to Structural Integration as a means to bring balance and equilibrium into under-pressure physiques. My keenest guiding principle is to assist clients to tap into their bodies own intelligence and ultimately help themselves. With an academic background that also embraces Business and Personal Coaching, I enable individuals, businesses and organizations to overcome the real and imagined blocks to the realisation of full potential by preventing and treating stress and physical problems, modifying personal and collective perceptions and removing limiting beliefs.

Tom says: “I developed the Anatomy Trains during the 1990’s, as a game for students to play when I was teaching Fascial Anatomy at the Rolf Institute. I was inspired by Ida Rolf, and have been practicing the deep fascial work I learned from her since 1976. “But when I came to try to teach, all the books you can find put forward the ‘single-muscle’ theory. Ida Rolf kept saying, “It’s all connected through the fascia.” Other than invoking the image of a grapefruit or a loofah, how do you make this real? How do you get ‘actionable intelligence’ on the functioning of the whole musculoskeletal system? “Just as an exercise to cement the students’ knowledge, I began stringing the muscles together through the fascia. This idea was initiated when Dr Jim Oschman gave me an article by Raymond Dart (the anthropologist and Alexander Technique student) linking the muscle in the trunk in a double-spiral arrangement (which shows up here as part of the Spiral Line). “My reaction was, “Why stop there?” From this base, I expanded Dart’s idea to the whole body, to help students see connections by stringing muscles together. The ‘rules’ are that the connections have to follow the grain in the fascial fabric in more or less a straight line, without breaks or changing levels.
