I am a multi-media artist, working across a range of media, from painting, film, sculpture, and installation. I create mixed-media paintings which incorporate materials such as, heavily textured impasto, pigment powders, straw, textiles, and various found objects. I gained my Post Graduate diploma in Fine Art, and Foundation in Art & Design from the University Arts London, Central Saint Martins, and My BA honours in Fine Art & English Literature from The University of Reading. I also have a PGCE and a fully qualified teacher status in Art & Design. I currently work from my art studio in Perivale, London. As well as being a full time artist, I work as a Therapeutic art coach within an academic setting. I deliver art workshops in various London locations; provide private art classes/coaching from my studio, and I'm an instructor & mindfulness art coach at MasterPeace creative studios in London.

We offer courses for all levels of SUPer, starting with beginners, gaining confidence to get you started with SUP in the best way, working on your core skills to succeed with SUP. Race Training The training sessions will be an opportunity for you to push your paddling further than ever before. Each session will be focused on your fitness and paddling skills through interval training and drills. You will be able to progress your own paddling and build your confidence from these sessions. SUPventures Our SUPventure River Tour Expeditions travel the length of the River Medway. We have adventures for all levels of experience on both the tidal and non-tidal sections of the River. He was the son of a local school teacher called Toshizo Abbe, who was a kendo instructor, and his wife, Kote Abbe.He started Judo at Busen, trained hard under Korei Isogai and in his first year he became the youngest student to gain his Yondan (4th dan) in Judo. Kenshiro never lost a fight. In the autumn of his second year was awarded his Godan (5th dan). In May 1935 he took part in the 5th dan division championship and defeated the great Masahiko Kimura. All of Abbe’s success so far led him to become arrogant which was something which he admitted himself. Henry Ellis Sensei reported the following story which demonstrated Abbe’s attitude at the time but also documents his first meeting with Morihei Ueshiba, how Abbe Sensei was accepted to train under Ueshiba Sensei

Kokoro Karate is a traditional Shotokan karate school with a modern approach to practical applications. At Kokoro we take an holistic approach to our training, developing mind, body and spirit. Paul has over thirty years of experience, achieving his black belt in 1987 with Hanshi Shiro Asano 9th Dan, who was a direct student of Nakayama, the founder of the JKA. Paul has trained internationally with many world respected teachers in his karate career grading with the SKIF, SSKA and the Conroy Karate Group. We are governed by NAKMAS (National Association of Karate and Martial Arts Schools), the only martial arts body in Britain to hold a Government recognised British Standards Quality Kitemark (BS:EN ISO 9001:2015) via the British Standards Insitution (BSI) and is accredited to the Equality Standard: A Framework for Sport at Intermediate level. Paul is a senior instructor and examiner for the NAKMAS Governing Body and the club operates within the strict policies and guidelines laid down by them. Our dojo is at The Old Library Sports & Community Centre, Singleton Road, Splott, Cardiff, CF24 2ET Training is suitable for men, women and children aged ten/eleven years and over. We do allow children (primary school age) by prior agreement to train if a parent or guardian trains as well in the senior class, we also offer our Kokoro Tigers programme that is designed for children from 4/5 (school reception class) to 10/11 years old. Shotokan training is divided into three parts: kihon (basics), kata (forms or patterns of moves), and kumite (sparring). Techniques in kihon and kata are characterised by deep, long stances that provide stability, enable powerful movements, and strengthen the legs. Shotokan is regarded as a dynamic martial art as it develops anaerobic, powerful techniques as well as developing speed.
