 Ishin Ryu Ju Jitsu (jiujitsu) currently has in excess of 2,000 students, both Infants (4 – 7 years) Juniors (8 – 12 years) Teenagers (13 – 15 years) and Adults (16 – 80 years) training regularly in separate classes throughout its clubs in England. Kevin is also an established author and was invited to write two books, now in several languages, on the subject of Ju Jitsu (jiujitsu) by the publishing giants, Barnes & Nobel, Alan Clark Books, Connections and Edison Sadd, along with a 32 page section for the internationally-acclaimed “The Ultimate Book of Martial Arts”, which has gone on to being one of the best-selling martial books of all time, and printed in several languages. Since the early 90’s, Kevin has received invitations to teach his no-nonsense style of Jiu Jitsu from around the globe, attracting international attention from many of the world’s leading close protection agencies and military Special Forces. He has a Masters degree in Psychotherapy and previously worked in the NHS. He has vast experience of working with people experiencing anxiety and road traffic trauma and has developed specific techniques to help people build confidence and manage those driving test nerves on the lead up to that all important "test". He is patient and understanding and will work in partnership with you to reach your true potential as a driver. Learning to drive can be a stressful experience and Keith has specific skills, using techniques to help to help you manage this stress. He has also developed techniques to enhance learning. The first, using acoustic encoding to help you remember aspects of driving and secondly using using video to aid semantic memory, which helps you understand and give meaning to the skill you are developing. He has excellent communication skills and teaches you in a way that helps you to reflect on the skills you are learning and develop these skills progressively each lesson. Keith believes in offering value for money and you will know exactly what you are are focussing on each lesson and when you are ready for your test you will feel fully prepared. During that time, I qualified with the YMCA and the RSA (Royal Society of Arts). As well as Aerobics, I have taught a large selection of group classes including Step, Pilates, Yoga, Circuit Training, Boxercise and Kettle Bells to name a few. I have a wealth of experience in the fitness industry and have worked with people from all walks of life to help them achieve their desired goals. Originally from Glasgow, I moved to London and lived there for over 20 years. In London I worked as a Personal Trainer as well as a health and confidence coach and clinical hypnotherapist and trained/coached clients on a one-to-one basis from the comfort of their own home. In 2019, I finally moved back to Glasgow so I could spend more quality time with my loved ones. My name is Jamie. I am a certified Wim Hof Method instructor and what I found in the Wim Hof Method has been and continues to be so effective for me that I became compelled to start this company and share it with as many people as possible. My name is Ibrahim, I have been a Personal Trainer for over 11 years and I’m the owner of Elite Transformation. My personal transformation started at 14. I was always very active as a child, going swimming with my dad and playing various different sports in school including Football, Rugby and Track and Field. I was introduced to the movie Kick boxer starring Jean-Claude Van Damme. I was in absolute awe of the way he looked and decided I wanted to have the same physique as him so I went to the library, got all the training book and started weight training with my dad’s unused Argos weights. My first step into the fitness indusrty was in 2007. I started working at “Fitness First” in Kilmarnock as a Gym Instructor which I was beyond excited about. I came down with a bump as the job I was hired to do was clean machines, do inductions and take classes. Ultimately, I wanted to help the gym members with their training and nutrition. 2 years later, in 2009 I decided to take the leap and put myself through my Personal Trainer course so I could do what I really wanted to do – transform people into an improved, stronger and fitter version of themselves. Over the years I have transformed individuals from all different walks of life, from first and second time Mums and Dads, other Personal Trainers and Bikini Competitors.

I have danced all my life, qualifying to teach Ballet, Tap and Modern with the N.A.T.D. However, through traveling, I never got the opportunity to settle down and set up my own dance studio. Nevertheless, I always found a local dance class and joined in. As time passed, sadly I have found there are less dance classes available for adults. Then I joined Anne Hill's Zumba® Fitness class and found a dance based exercise I loved! I enjoyed it so much, the music, the easy to follow steps (and with the encouragement of Anne), I decided to join the ZIN™ party and now I am B1, Pro Skills and Zumba® Gold qualified instructor. ZIN™. Further qualifications in the pipeline. I run 5 classes a week: 3 (at The Methodist Church, Ramillies Avenue, Cheadle Hulme) Tuesdays Zumba® Fitness at 10:00am and 6:15pm and Thursdays (Zumba Gold®) mornings at 10:00am. 1 class (Civic Hall, Park Lane, Poynton) Tuesdays (Zumba Gold®) at 11:30am 1 class (the Hockley Centre, 307 Park Road, Poynton) Wednesdays (Zumba Gold®) at 10:00am. The QIDTI Association was founded by John Rogerson and his International Associates to recognise Instructors around the world who have demonstrated the requisite level of professional instructing and or advising skill, personal expertise and understanding of canine training and behaviour The QIDTI Association works on a voluntary basis, encouraging all Instructors to gain the international standard set by the QIDTI Award. All those that meet that standard are invited to join our membership listing as a 'Qualified International Dog Training Instructor' for free to promote it, and those that wish to promote our aims and or work towards meeting that standard may join as a Supporting / Student member. The QIDTI Association supports 'national registration', and considers formal 'Affiliation' with the 'Registration Council for Dog Training & Behaviour Practitioners' (RCDTBP) is the way forward, to protect the public from what is currently an unregulated industry. The RCDTBP was officially founded to hold and manage the registers of Signatories to the nationally agreed 'CAWC Dog Behaviour & Training Code of Practice (2010). The CAWC Code was developed through a series of meetings organised by the Companion Animal Welfare Council (CAWC), following the publication of a national report on dog training & behaviour services in the UK (2008). The Code was agreed by the many industry dog training, behaviour and welfare groups concerned, as a workable document to regulate and improve canine services nationally, with the aim of uniting all individuals and industry organisations under it.
