You are going to spending 10 days learning by giving and receiving, observing and receiving the instructions everyday. It will ask you for mobility, and openness to allow the experience during the learning process to prepare your body to perform full sessions. In this training you will learn the 118 manoeuvres of the Method that is a unique combination of traditional Ayurveda massage and stretches inspired in the very well known Iyengar Yoga. This bodywork therapy acts on the tripod of Activation of Vital Energy, Breath and Blood Circulation. The work consists in deep touches from hands and feet. First the skin receive the oil then the Vekhand powder to warm up for the tractions and stretches.<br fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">Beyond a relaxing massage the Kusum Modak Method give focus to improve joints mobility, to bring spine alignment, release tensions, pain and all the related symptoms of stress.
