She established elembee, in 2010, to enhance individual potential, leadership, teamwork, organisational partnerships and the internationalisation strategies of the education, public and private sectors. A qualified trainer since 2002, Lucy has experience working in research and teaching (universities of Aberdeen and Hertfordshire) and supporting the sector in their international ambitions from roles working for the British Council.
