What clients have said: Start Up founder: “Coaching with We Coach You Grow was an incredibly valuable support to develop my business according to my personal values and resources. Without feeling formulaic, each session provided insights and action points helping to make progress until the next meeting – or finding the reasons why progress was being held up. The coaching felt well balanced between personal as well as business related aspects.” Leader at large bank: “Thanks so much for yesterday, Chris. I walked into that 13:30 meeting and nailed it.” Entrepreneur: “I’d like to thank We Coach You Grow for their support whilst setting up my business and trying to gain traction. Owning a start-up can be very hectic, with little structure, and Chris the coach helped me to plan out my days and weeks more systematically, and gave me very helpful advice on how not to drown in the sea of responsibilities that come with starting one’s own business. He was also a great listener, not just when it came to business, but also personal life issues that impeded business success. I recently was able to complete an investment round into the business, and that’s in no small part to Chris’s help – he would suggest role playing exercises to help me overcome my mental blockers when it came to 1 on 1 pitching, and practising this with him really put me in great shape when it came to the real thing. I’d thoroughly recommend Chris as a coach – thank you for everything.”

o illustrate the OLS journey, we use a persona/story of Joy, a mentee participating in the program, and Sam, their mentor, as they progress through their open science training. Joy will provide an outline of a project in their application that they will develop in the program. Additionally, they will indicate their interests in learning particular aspects of Open Science and research. Sam will register as a mentor and list their expertise that they would like to share with their mentee. After the selection process, they will be involved in the following steps of this program: Based on their common interests, they will be introduced to each other as suitable mentee and mentor They will meet every 2nd week on mentee-mentor calls (around 30 minutes). Sam will help Joy evaluate their understanding of the new topics introduced in the program, and guide their progress by providing constructive feedback. Joy will be given assignments before these calls to help them apply new skills to their project. When needed, Joy and Sam will connect with other experts to invite consultation on their project. Joy will participate in online training calls and share insights with other participants in the program. In these cohorts calls, they will be introduced to new topics and resources, participate in break-out discussions, and listen to expert talks. Joy will get to know their peers from the cohort during social and co-working calls. They will share their project ideas, learn about others’ projects and discuss assignments. A final graduation call will allow Joy to present their project to other participants and exchange values. Sam will also participate in mentor training calls and attend topic-based discussions with other mentors aimed at enhancing their mentoring skills. A self-evaluation survey, mid-cohort survey and post-cohort survey will help Joy and Sam in positioning their knowledge in open science leadership before, during and after the program.

. I joined the team this year and had no idea where to start. After coming along to your webinar and attending mentoring sessions, I was able to get insightful steers and practical next steps. I have benefitted from your guidance and advice on the need to involve the whole team, assess our needs, document the exploration (including outcomes from demos and meetings with suppliers to stay on track) and ask for further demos and trials (especially where team members missed sessions). We have now chosen a solution to move forward with next year. -Christina Ntow, Communications and Administration Officer, MEaP Academy Community Education Centre Groundswell GROUNDSWELL Chloe was really helpful and took the time to carefully explain things and find solutions to any problems we were having. Really glad we chose the Onboarding option for our charity. We only have 2 fundraisers, and as a small team needed the extra guidance and help that Onboarding provided. I'd definitely recommend it, and it was great value for money for the support on offer. -Jennie Payne, Fundraising Manager, Groundswell Community Transport Association COMMUNITY TRANSPORT ASSOCIATION Core Insights were super supportive and professional throughout our database selection process. They always understood very well what our needs were and explained all the IT-stuff in a clear and concise way. -Tracy, Senior Administrator, Community Transport Association BAAS Educational Trust BAAS EDUCATIONAL TRUST I found the Donorfy Health Check sessions with Chloe very helpful and good fun. She walked me through each area that Donorfy offers, with practical advice and then homework to make improvements. By the end of the five sessions, I was clear on where my areas of growth were and had a clear path to implement this myself or get support. I now feel Donorfy is working for me and I can continue unphased. Thank you so much. -Joanna Powell, Treasurer, BAAS Educational Trust

Strengthening Your Academic Essay Writing Skills

strengthening your academic essay writing skills

Developing strong academic essay writing skills is essential for students aiming to excel in their studies. A well-structured essay not only presents arguments clearly but also demonstrates a deep understanding of the subject matter. Effective essays https://scamfighter.net/review/studybay.com [https://scamfighter.net/review/studybay.com] follow a logical structure, beginning with an engaging introduction, followed by body paragraphs that provide evidence and analysis, and ending with a compelling conclusion. Students must also ensure proper citation of sources to maintain academic integrity and avoid plagiarism. The process of writing a high-quality academic essay involves thorough research, critical thinking, and precise language. Organizing ideas cohesively helps in constructing persuasive arguments that support the thesis statement. Clarity in writing is crucial, as complex or vague sentences may confuse the reader and weaken the overall argument. Proofreading and editing further enhance the essay by eliminating errors and improving coherence. Despite these strategies, students often encounter challenges due to tight deadlines, complex topics, or a lack of confidence in their writing abilities. One way to overcome these challenges is by utilizing credible resources that provide guidance on academic writing. Many online platforms offer detailed explanations, writing techniques, and examples to help students improve their skills. One such resource is the read studybay guide, which provides insights into structuring essays, refining arguments, and avoiding common mistakes. Using such guides can significantly enhance a student’s ability to create well-organized and compelling academic papers. In addition to self-study resources, professional writing assistance is another option that many students consider. An essay writing service service can provide expert guidance, proofreading, or even custom-written samples to help students understand the best practices of academic writing. These services ensure that essays meet academic standards and are free from grammatical or structural issues. While using writing services, students should focus on learning from the feedback provided and implementing the suggested improvements in their own work. Refining academic essay writing skills takes time and dedication, but with the right resources and support, students can enhance their abilities and achieve academic success. By combining self-improvement efforts with professional guidance, they can develop a structured approach to writing that leads to clearer, more persuasive essays.

Southport Therapy Services (for Holistic and Aesthetics)

southport therapy services (for holistic and aesthetics)

Like you, we're passionate about natural therapies and health. Our story started in a garage in 2004. Our founders, David Vitek and Roby Sharon-Zipser, believed it should and could be easier to connect consumers with local businesses online. Looking up a wide range of services online such as Acupuncture, Reiki, Reflexology, Homeopathy and Naturopathy proved challenging so they went about building a site focused on holistic health, natural remedies, natural therapies and alternative therapies — The Natural Therapy Pages. In the years since, our team of 200+ has focused on weaving emerging technology with good old-fashioned service to innovate the way people get things done, having created sites in industries they were passionate about — natural therapies, home improvements and pets. And now Natural Therapy Pages, part of the hipages Group, is the most visited natural health site across Australia. Every day, our growing team works to connect a community of health-conscious people — 600,000 monthly visitors — with more than 13,000 natural therapy practitioners in Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. We also attend many industry events and expos, develop positive partnerships with industry associations, and regularly speak with our practitioners — to ensure the site continues to inspire, inform, and connect clients and therapists. Innovating and connecting the natural therapies industry online: it comes naturally. Our inspiration Every day, we're inspired and invigorated by the natural therapists, schools, and students we speak to. That's why in April 2015, we launched a Natural Therapy Courses website in Australia, with thousands of online and on-campus courses it's often daunting to know where to start. It's the simplest way to start studying natural therapies — and connect with other learners. So this site is designed to help offer advice and insights and if you like we can connect you with some local training providers to help get you into the industry. Connection is at the core of everything we do, with 70,000 people signed up to our weekly e-newsletter we strive to keep your inbox both exciting and knowledgeable. So we love to see so many passionate people interacting on our social media sites. Our Facebook page has over 140,000 likers, and we're on Twitter and Instagram.

Positive Educational Psychology

Cambridge

Being Swedish in origin I feel very strongly that our wellbeing and happiness should be more prominent in our way of life and the concept of Lagom, which means ‘just about right, not too much or too little’ is a key concept to Swedish people. This balance between work and pleasure is perhaps more clearly articulated in Scandinavia and sits well together with the key foundation of the Positive Psychology movement. After my initial Psychology degree I worked in the Further Education Sector and I still have a particular interest in adolescents and in Post 16 work. I did my Educational Psychology training at the Tavistock Clinic in London in the mid 90s, and I had a good grounding in Attachment and Resilience based frameworks as well as Family Therapy. Over the years, I have also specialised in specific learning difficulties as well as more recently in Positive Psychology with a particular interest in Coaching Psychology. Over the last year I have received Positive Psychology Coaching from one of Britain’s most well established Positive Psychologists, Miriam Akhtar. Being on the receiving end of good coaching has given me a personal insight into its transformational powers. Having been an educational psychologist for over 20 years in a number of different settings, including both Local Authorities and the Independent Sector, as well as assessments for students in Higher Education, I came across Positive Psychology when experiencing personal and health changes in my own life. I applied a number of Positive Psychology strategies such as The Keys To Happier Living, (See Action for Happiness below) and I learnt to keep my attention and focus in the right place in order to promote wellbeing. I learnt what my Character Strengths were which enabled me to see myself in a different light. I feel strongly that everybody would benefit from knowledge of these principles. I am therefore keen to provide Positive Psychology training and insights to individuals, families and schools. Registered as a Practising Psychologist with the Health and Care Professional’s Council (HCPC) Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS) Full Member of the Association for Educational Psychologists (AEP) Member of the Association for Child Psychologists in Private Practice (Achippp) Member of the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA)
