The Rose Arts London was always a childhood dream of mine and it was manifested through a pain in my life, with the loss of my Grandad; Charles Alexander Gardner. He, alongside my Mother and Nan, supported me with my dance and drama training, performance career and attended all classes, auditions and performances. When he passed away, it pushed me to embrace my artistry and passions. The Rose represents three things: A dedication to my Grandad; His favourite flower A name influence; My middle name Rosetta and my mother Rosemarie The flourish of each child who trains with us. As a seed they begin but as ‘The Rose’ they grow. Experience My training began at Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts and have been training in every discipline, since the age of 3 and teaching dance and drama since the age of 14. Ballet, Tap, Modern, Contemporary, Lyrical, Liturgical, Street Dance, Jazz, Commercial and Musical Theatre. Further to this, I attended college studied Performing Arts, obtaining distinctions in the art form, allowing me to receive an unconditional offer to University, where I obtained my degree in Dance Practice and Performance. I have had an extensive career in the arts, through stage, film and television and have received such amazing opportunities I am truly grateful for. About T.R.A.L. T.R.A.L. is a place for all Rose Students to discover, train, explore, create, challenge and motivate what they learn here and to ignite their passion, of why dance, drama, sport and song is such an amazing artistic outlet, which not only teaches creativity and utilises talent but also discipline. The role of the arts builds character and self-esteem and at The Rose Arts London, one of the assets that I hold as an important part, is the family friendly atmosphere.This delivers a guarantee from us, that our space is a positive and productive learning environment, where our students can grow, most importantly learn, and create in an energetic, confident building atmosphere. Students are able to discover more about themselves artistically, gain new friends and be proud to be a part of The Rose Arts. Myself and our teachers, who have work(ed) within the industry, aim to continually make The Rose Arts London a success, with the passion we hold and with which, our goal is to impart our experiences, knowledge and love of the arts to our students. I have been blessed to be able to open a school, attended by such passionate students, to be able to witness how they will develop in years to come. For whatever reason you decided to take a leap with us, whether it to be a creative outlet, confidence builder, opportunity to meet new people, train to become a professional or all the above – I expect all to work hard, train hard, practice, be respectful, be challenged, but most importantly enjoy every moment of the journey.

MISSION Our mission is to reduce the risk of violence and aggression through campaigning, education and support. VISION Our vision is a society in which people are safer - and feel safer - from violence and aggression; we want people to be able to live life to the full. The Suzy Lamplugh Trust is the UK's pioneering personal safety charity and leading stalking authority, established in 1986, following the disappearance of 25-year-old Suzy Lamplugh, an estate agent and lone worker who went to meet a client and never returned. Suzy was never found and eventually declared deceased after seven years in 1993. Suzy Lamplugh Trust is widely regarded as a field expert in lone-working and personal safety training, stalking training, as well as consultancy, campaigning, and support services. It has a long history of working within the Violence Against Women and Girls sector, dealing particularly with stalking and harassment, given that it is believed, and indeed the evidence suggests Suzy may have been targeted by a stalker. The National Stalking Helpline was set up by the Trust in 2010, it has helped over 70,000 victims since its inception, and is the only service of its kind globally. The Trust exists so that what happened to Suzy does not happen to anyone else, and for over 35 years, we have worked towards reducing the risk of harassment, stalking, aggression, and violence by empowering people to take steps to avoid, mitigate or manage risks across all aspects of their life. The Trust campaigns heavily to raise greater awareness of personal safety and stalking issues, demand systemic change where needed, influence public policy, and promote a society in which people are safer and feel safer. Its longest running campaign has been the licensing of the operators and drivers of minicabs and private hire vehicles, which begun in 1998. This campaigning and policy work has been pivotal to changes in legislation and practice nationally - including in the introduction of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997, and the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012, which introduced specific offences for stalking, and the 2020 stalking protection orders.

Who we are and what we do Established in 1999, Surrey Lifelong Learning Partnership (SLLP) is a registered Charity. Each year we help between 600 and 800 people return to learn to gain new skills, qualifications and employment. We rely on a mix of income streams, including generating funds through our Bike Project social enterprise and securing grant funding for projects. Our vision: All within Surrey have the opportunity to re-engage in learning throughout their lives. Our mission: To work with partners to ensure that those, in Surrey and beyond, who have missed out on learning in the past, have opportunities to learn and to reach their full potential. What we offer: Opportunities for more people to learn by providing courses locally. Ongoing support so that they are able to continue on their learning journey. Approaches to learning which are more attractive and accessible. A shared understanding of local learning needs among education and training providers. A positive influence over the policies and planning to meet local learning needs and wants. Who do we support: Those living within disadvantaged communities in Surrey and other parts of the South-East. Adults (19+) of all ages who wish to develop new skills to gain employment, to improve their health or well-being, or to develop new interests. Just Space is an informal alliance of around 80 community groups, campaigns and concerned independent organisations which was formed to act as a voice for Londoners at grass-roots level during the formulation of London’s major planning strategy, particularly the London Plan. Everyone is affected by planning but the planning process is technical and often daunting for the majority of people, even though the issues themselves are readily understood: housing, green space, jobs, transport, pollution, and so on. The aim of Just Space is to improve public participation in planning, to ensure that policy is fairer towards communities – in a system dominated by the interests of developers. The Just Space Network brings together a wide range of groups, some with a London-wide remit (such as the London Tenants Federation, the London Forum of Civic and Amenity Societies, Friends of the Earth), others locally based community groups (such as Latin Elephant and Ward’s Corner Community Coalition). The Network also has links with some of the Universities in London (e.g. UCL, CASS and LSE) whose staff and students provide research that the network presents alongside their own grass roots evidence at London Plan hearings or in other contexts. We work by supporting our member groups and spreading information further afield. Groups collaborate and coordinate in making representations to planning authorities, share learning, research and experience through workshops and publications. As a result of this engagement people have come to understand how political these planning documents are and how much they influence many of the key issues that groups are focused on such as health inequalities, targets for relevant housing, progress on environmental issues and pitches for gypsies and travellers. Members of Just Space continue to monitor and expose contradictions in the London Plan, and other planning policy. Just Space is developing further work with communities, including people who have not been much engaged before. We are the UK’s professional body for Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (CRS). Our mission is to help individuals and organisations be brilliant at CRS. Who we are As the UK's professional body for CRS practitioners, our membership reflects the breadth of practitioners, from students and academics to consultants and in-house practitioners from large and small organisations. The Institute is led by a Board of volunteer Directors. Comprised of senior CRS professionals, they give their time, energy, and expertise to guide the Institute's strategic direction. We also involve technical specialists where required. The Institute is supported by a Secretariat provided by Carnstone Partners Ltd, a specialist management consultancy in the CRS field. The Secretariat manage the day-to-day activity and act as the central point of contact for our members and Fellows.
