Our independent artist's studio has been active for over 15 years and throughout this time we have produced many commissions and held courses with students visiting this historic region from all over the world. The studio was formerly on Via della Scala, in the historical Palace of the Riblet Bargagli Petrucci in the center of Florence, but moved in 2022 to the new location in the countryside. For those who cannot travel to Italy, we have new online videos for beginners or professional artists to learn art virtually. Classical and Contemporary OUR SPECIALITIES We specialize in antique artisan techniques and skills such as gilding, trompe l'oeil, grisaille, fresco, sgraffito, and grottesca decoration. We create artworks and decoration for interiors, harpsichords, and furniture. We produce fine furniture finishes and decorative art for the interior design industry worldwide. Complete Lean Solutions was established in 2004 by Richard Pounder and Andy Kelsall. Between them they had over 22 years experience of working for Toyota in the UK and Europe. Initially offering straightforward Lean specialist services in Australia, it quickly became apparent that there was a market for structured Lean training. CLS-developed training programs have been created around real business need as opposed to simply ‘ticking the right boxes’ to obtain certification. With more diverse clients came the need for more diverse approaches. From banking through to telcos, pharma, food and healthcare, each project offers fresh challenges. The one thing that remains the same, however, is the Lean mindset. From some of the largest companies in the world through to business with only six employees, our approach is always the same: engage the people, listen to what they have to say and coach them through to success. A high profiled and dedicated health counsellor and teacher with over 40 years’ experience in the wellness industry. She has designed and presented corporate and personal programs covering most aspects of nutrition and wellbeing. She is a graduate of T. Colin Campbell Centre for Nutrition Studies and an expert in her field on plant-based nutrition. Aside from nutritional science her approach draws from the fields of Macrobiotic Nutrition, ecological sustainability, and her studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine. She is the author of Macrobiotics for all Seasons and her most recent book Go Vegan, with a forward by T Colin Campbell. Marlene has worked with clients in the UK, U.S.A., Europe and Australia designing bespoke nutritional programs and training private chefs in plant-based nutrition. Her clients have included business leaders and royalty. Marlene and her husband Bill Tara teach on-line training programs and have graduates of their Macrobiotic Vegan Health Coach Programme in 27 countries. In 2003 Bill and Marlene first outlined their vision to create the Human Ecology Project to serve their shared vision of a healthy world for humans and non-humans alike. The charity was born in 2021 and will produce educational videos and material for schools, colleges, and universities as well as the general public.

Lancashire Digital was founded in 2004 by Greg and Len Adam as a dedicated educational software team. All of the inital staff were hand-picked for their experience working in the education sector. Throughout the next 10 years, Lancashire Digital went from strength to strength, working with education industry leaders including Pearson Education, Promethean and Cambridge University Press. With a strong internal philosophy and clear strategy and leadership from Managing Director, Greg Adam, the team has grown and continues to grow. In 2006 the company decided to widen their focus, although keeping a strong educational slant, working with training providers to create e-learning training materials for corporates, government agencies and more. Buckshaw Village green man The conversion from Flash to HTML5 Over the early years of the company, the predominant technology used in the company was Adobe Flash and most of the internal developers would recognise Flash as their core skill. In 2010 however, Greg realised that the days of Flash as the main delivery mechanism for e-learning were numberered and the internal team started their transition to development using HTML5. This foresight proved to be revolutionary for the company, as Lancashire Digital developers were upskilled to HTML5 well ahead of the curve. This put them in a strong position to win work for both new development using HTML5, but given the cross-skills of the team, a large quantity of Flash to HTML5 conversion projects were undertaken. Today sees the team as a well-seasoned group of HTML5 developers with a strong background in Flash development, along with back-end specialist developers for our platforms projects.
