TFS leads the way on customer satisfaction, reliability and creativity and has demonstrated a significant return on investment to our clients since incorporation in 1997. Supporting organisations to minimise corporate threats engages with three key aspects: Education, Legal certainty and added value. Education: TFS operates up to and including level 8, the highest level of the educational spectrum. The domestic regulated UK security sector, for example, is positioned at level 2. Legal certainty: TFS has its own dedicated team of LLB (Hons) practitioners and therefore provides complete peace of mind to customers. Not all providers can claim this guarantee. For example, The Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007 provides the framework for legal compliance in terms of personal safety training. The findings in R v Cotswold Geotechnical Holdings (CGH). 2011 EWCA Crim 1337 amplify the requirement to integrate reliable industry practice. TFS exceeds these standards with the inclusion of the nonintrusive body mechanics approach. Other providers fall significantly short of this benchmark and can leave clients vulnerable to litigation. Equally Investigative procedures should be ethical, fair and reliable. TFS maintains the gold standard of The Home Office Police & Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (PACE) codes of practice and the TFS interview model has been adopted by Hertfordshire Constabulary. Not all providers can demonstrate this approach and compliance to domestic law. Added value: TFS provides training and consultancy to a broad range of corporate and governmental clients both within the UK and overseas. Examples of ROI’s have engaged with an 80% reduction in assaults on staff (leading UK supermarket) and interventions that have driven improvements in shrinkage figures that contributed to a year-on-year saving of £2M (FTSE 100 client). TFS continues to meet the rigorous RSQS accreditation: The RSQS accreditation mark is valued by some of the largest purchasers in retail industry and indicates that you have gone through the process and have demonstrated your commitment and credentials to the industry.

Living Song exists to empower Young Artists and build communities through singing. We challenge limiting assumptions about what all young people can achieve, put young leaders centre stage and create innovative lifelong learning opportunities for all, insisting on diversity and inclusion in their widest sense. In August 2017, Living Song became a Community Interest Community (CIC) to enable us to build wider partnerships with Newham Council and other organizations, develop our funding steams and to create more opportunities for young people and communities to shine through singing. An advisory board was appointed, and we have continued to go from strength to strength. Who Are We? The company is directed by an Executive Director, with a board of two Non-Executive Directors and a team of advisors from across a wide range of music performance and education contexts. We have a Youth Board of five young people aged 16 – 25 who meet regularly to discuss and advise of relevant issues for them. We work with a range of tutors, artists and music practitioners, identified for their bespoke skills and experience for each project. Who Do We Work With? We work with schools and pupil referral units, community organisations, music education hubs, libraries, local authorities, commercial organisations, businesses and a range of community singing groups and choirs. What We Do Living Song has recently reviewed its work programme to see how it can be streamlined to maximise our impact. During the next 18 months – two years we will focus our attention on delivering three core programme areas which are: A Young Artist apprenticeship /’future leaders’ programme Delivering workshops in schools and the wider community A tailored Living Song Choral Music Experience (CME) These work areas are outlined in more detail below. Although distinct projects, the three areas of work overlap and reinforce each other, for example, a core element of the young leaders’ programme is the delivery of workshops in schools or for the wider community, and a handful of participants will be chosen to join Living Song’s CME course. Oscott Academy is a registered independent school that supports the learning of students in Key Stage 4 (Year 10 and 11). Oscott Academy prides itself on its pastoral approach, fostering an environment where students can develop and be part of the Oscott Academy family. We support students with diagnoses of ASD, ADHD, ADD and anxiety, in addition to those who display symptoms of SEMH. We also support vulnerable students who have struggled to learn in a mainstream setting. The school has a high level of student support with a ration of 5:1 (student to staff ratio). Oscott Academy was opened in 2014 by Stewart Dance, an experienced practitioner with over a decades experience in educational settings. We are committed to providing a service to our students who are recognised as the most important group within the school community. Staff demonstrate due consideration and respect for their students.
