I have been instructing Mental Health First aid for the past 3 years. Having experience of dealings with the Mental Health Sector has helped me to bring the training to many organisations and indivuals throughout the area. I have worked within the Civil Service and Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service for a number of years. During my time within the Civil Service i have been a family liaison officer which includes having to deliver bad news to families, assessed people at risk of self harm or suicide and negotiated with people to resolve difficult incidents. I hold a BTECH Level 5 in Trauma Risk Incident Management to support staff following witnessing traumatic incidents.
