There are daily Group Personal Training Sessions run in Bootcamp Style blocks e.g. Signing up for 4 weeks at a time with slots provided and is booked in advanced. These Group PT Sessions are run Monday-Thursday 6am and 6pm daily. (Extra 5pm Class Tuesdays) (Group PT Sessions are run 4 person max per trainer).
