Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) is a brief-term, emotion focused therapy which aims to get to the root of emotional difficulties in as short a time-frame as possible to enable clients to overcome symptoms and reach their full potential.
We are grateful to run our programs on 120 acres of private land in the heart of Sooke. Our mentors are all versed in the coyote mentoring model, developed by Jon Young.Through the rhythm of the day and the seasons, we support each child’s passion and gift.
