CAS Training (formerly CAS Associates) was formed in 2010, to provide a training
and development support service for employers. The aim is to provide learners
with access to a range of managed funded training solutions by linking them with
available certificate and Diploma programmes offered by our college and training
provider partners. All courses are delivered by distance learning which
minimises disruption to operations and service delivery. After accessing our
funded training solutions, some employer partners began to ask for bespoke
training delivery, drawing on our 30 years of experience delivering accredited
training and development in the health and social care sector and with public
sector organisations. We can now provide consultancy and bespoke project
managed, accredited and non- accredited training solutions, via our network of
experienced training consultants, assessors and quality managers . We also have
our own team of inductors ensuring our placed learners are dealt with promptly
and effectively, and a dedicated reporting team to provide regular updates and
reports on learner progress. Our strengths lie in our knowledge and experience
of the health and social care market and in linking people with people to make
good things happen.
