Our mission is to ‘Love People Better’. We equip people to help people. Through
each of our programmes, we develop in people three strengths: the awareness to
come alongside others, the presence to journey with them through thick and thin,
and the passion to stick with people whatever happens. Vennture’s passion is on
significant, substantive, sustainable programmes that make a tangible difference
for people facing considerable challenges. We have a pipeline of initiatives
supported by team members from a diverse range of backgrounds, who we recruit
carefully and train rigorously to become outcome focused. All of our people are
united by a set of shared values. Like John and Emelia Venn, we aim to show “The
Power of Jesus’ Love” by living out the values that they both held as precious
to them.
