20 organisation from all over Wales will benefit from grants raised as part of
Ras yr Iaith (Race for language) 2018, to support promote Welsh in the
community. Menter Bro Ogwr would like to congratulate Cylch Meithrin y Ferch o’r
Sgêr who will receive a Ras yr Iaith grant this year! Rhedadeg ltd and Mentrau
Iaith Cymru (Welsh language initiatives) the Race’s organisers, are happy to
announce grants of up to £750 to various organisations, following the success
the third Race held between 4 – 6 July 2018 and raised more than £7,500. The
Race visited 15 towns and villages between Wrexham and Caerphilly, with the
Language Baton uniting thousands of runners from all over Wales.
