HOME | Boot Camp Life Boot Camp Life is more than just an exercise class, its a
mindset, a community, a way of life itself. We cater for all levels of fitness
focusing on proven creative methods to improve your fitness, mobility and inner
grit. Sessions start with a debrief followed by a warm up, main circuit, bonus
circuit, cool down and stretch, all performed against a time period allowing our
clients to go at their own pace. Of course your coach will be encouraging you
all the way with great music as well.
