You will get Direct Help via specialist advice, advocacy and representation for
families and individuals facing crisis, to prevent and alleviate homelessness,
debt and housing difficulty. We’ll provide you with FREE, independent and
confidential services that offer support to the most vulnerable people in our
communities; often requiring immediate intervention, support and advice face to
face, or via the telephone and leading to resolution via Legal Representation.
We also offer accessible training and skills development to a wide range of
vulnerable people to help reduce unemployment, and promote social and financial
inclusion. Who we help We provide effective, specialist advice; advocacy and
representation for people that would otherwise not be able to access these
services. We secure their basic needs, protect and preserve their legal rights,
provide equal access to Justice and seek fairness and dignity for all our
clients.
