We are a registered charity based in Nottingham. Formed in 1890 by a group of philanthropic church and community leaders we have a vision of a society in which all deaf people can fully participate. Today NDS serves many deaf people across the county and region with a range of services including BSL interpreting, welfare rights advice and by supporting deaf community groups.
Our Multi Award winning classes are delivered in a relaxed and comfortable style and give you confidence to know what actions to take if faced with a medical emergency. Mini First Aid offers a range of classes across the UK for all the family; parents, grandparents, carers and for children as young as three years old, training them in basic and life-saving first aid.
