The great thing is that the Directors all come from the local area hence
understand the social issues prevalent in the society today. They come from
different backgrounds including legal, media and broadcasting and social
enterprise; each offering something different, adding flavour to the
organisation and consequently the services that we can offer to the community we
serve. Being connected with the North West is important to us hence we have
joined a few local steering groups and forums allowing us to voice any concerns
and share the feedback we obtain from our service users to higher influential
bodies. We are part of the following forums and steering groups: – Heath and
well being steering group (lead by British Muslim Heritage Centre) – VCSE
(voluntary Community and Social Enterprise) steering group
