Come and join us in the studio to decorate your own beautiful cake stand.&nbsp;You will be given opportunity to design and paint your own surface pattern decorations. Light summer refreshments will be available during your session&nbsp;Collect your kiln fired pieces in a couple of weeks ready to show off for your summer afternoon tea.&nbsp;

Join us for this unique pottery painting workshop for adults. The festive season is  upon us . . Are you shopping for your Christmas cake mix, thinking of serving mince pies, or leaving a tipple and treat for Santa on Christmas Eve…… ?  Come and join us in the studio for a glass of fizz ( non alcoholic option available ) to decorate your own beautiful cake stand. This is a two piece ceramic stand with a base and separate flat serving plate. 
You will have opportunity to design and paint your own surface pattern decorations with pottery glaze colours. Your lovely creation will be left with us for kiln firing afterwards, so we are offering these workshops with plenty of time for you to have them back in time for the festivities. 
Collect your kiln fired cake stands in a couple of weeks ready to show off your hand painted masterpiece.

Bespoke painting and sculpture workshops can be arranged or Francesca can travel locally to guide you in your own studios or locations.There are some fabulous painting and sketching locations for plein-air painting around the old Cortijo which is situated 750 metres high in the olive groves. With mountain views and a variety of plants and trees, which include oranges, lemons, pomegranates, figs and grapes. The eco-swimming pool is also a great place to sketch and paint with water lilies, iris, marginal plants and a small waterfall.Locations locally include the Watermill walk at Algarinejo, the lake at Iznajar, any of the local towns and of course further afield in Granada, Cordoba and Malaga.Francesca Wyllie is a very experienced tutor and has led many workshops with groups and one-to-one classes. No previous experience is necessary and tuition can cater for all levels. Art Tuition Fees:
Painting tuition starts at €30 per hour per person and includes some materials and refreshments.
Courses are a minimum of 1 1/2 hours and are normally held on weekends.
There will be a discount applied for group bookings fees of over 2 people of 20% and of 50% for over 4 people.
Sketching – you will receive a free sketchbook, pencils and refreshments – cost €30 per hour.
