Manchester City Football Club is committed to providing a website that is accessible and easy to use for the widest range of visitors possible, regardless of disability or impairment. We believe that this is an ongoing process and are constantly seeking to improve in this area. The site has been designed to adhere to best practice by following W3C standards. Pages have been built to comply with a minimum standard of WCAG 2.0 single 'A' guidelines. Wherever possible we aim to extend this to 'AA' and 'AAA' compliance. There are a number of steps we have taken to address accessibility needs that are detailed below: Layout The site uses Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to control all presentation and layout so that content is well structured and easily accessible via assistive devices. Dolphin Swim Group

Cheadle

We’re committed to our reputation as a swim school of the highest quality. We offer a modern alternative to traditional large group, summer swim lessons to make your child learn faster and have more fun. We have indoor classes year-round, and you can start any week of the year. To provide easy scheduling,* call us the week before you would like to start lessons to find the best level, class, and weekly time for your child; classes are once-weekly for 30 minutes. Once you start, we require that you commit to at least two full months of lessons because we want you to see a substantial improvement in your child’s skills and, more importantly, we want your child to retain the skills they learn. Payments are made easy from the start with monthly automatic payments taken from a credit card kept safely on file. After that initial enrollment, you never have to re-register; we will hold your child’s spot until you ask for a schedule change, your child graduates into the next level, or you need to take a break. One of the best things about our open enrollment scheduling is that your child can move up throughout our nine levels as soon as he/she is ready; we will never restrict your child’s learning because of age or time spent in a class. We love our advanced classes with four and five year-olds swimming the butterfly stroke! Then, if you need to take a break from lessons for any reason, you can stop your enrollment anytime with a 30-day written notice (needed to stop your payments and make sure your account is settled). Learning to swim does take time. It is a complex, but life-saving skill, and it is always worth learning. We promise to make the process easy for you and fun for your child. You don’t have to take our word for it—see for yourself with a FREE Trial Lesson today! *Since we are a specialty school that provides only swim lessons, all of our efforts are focused on making classes and experiences great. Ashton Under Lyne

My name is Jo and I'm the owner of Dovestone Coaching.  I have been a coaching for five years and have been a fully qualified coach for three years.  I run webinars, workshops and conduct personal coaching sessions.   I work with people who are stuck due to unhelpful thoughts and feelings.  Using techniques based on Acceptance and Commitment Coaching and Training [http://dovestonecoaching-com.stackstaging.com/faq/] (ACT) I help them unhook from these unwanted thoughts. By creating some distance between them and their thoughts they can respond more flexibly, giving freedom from their inner critic. ACT is a well-evidenced psychological framework to help people move forward and reduce the struggle in their life. I don’t just coach clients on ACT – I use these techniques myself every single day.  I am a member of The Association Of Coaching as I believe in maintaining professional standards and continue to develop my skills through training and education.  I must admit, I don’t do extreme sports, go to huge music festivals, or explore exotic places. You won’t see photos of me hanging off rocks, in a Porsche, doing a triathlon or in the executive suite of a posh hotel drinking champagne, because that’s just not me. Instead, I value the everyday things. Things like date nights, a glass of wine with friends, relaxing with a favourite book or playing with the kids. There’s magic in the everyday, I’ve found. It’s being present in these little, day-to-day things – the people and places that really matter to me – that makes my life rich and fulfilling.
