Our website is subscription based and features videos from grassroots coaches, elite level clubs, academies and professional players all sharing exciting ideas and insights. The site allows you to link in with your social media profiles to share content with peers, clubs and players. Our vision is to build a global, inclusive, online community of coaches: learning, interacting and creating, together. It is through our work with our clubs, that we have become acutely aware of the challenges facing amateur, semi-pro and even professional coaches. We know that in coaching (like most other jobs) people are always looking for new content to ensure their players remain in love with the game; to keep them engaged, learning, developing, and most importantly having fun. However, we are also aware that not everyone has the same circumstances, opportunities, or environment in which to coach. Therefore we are to provide the best service for the lowest cost! My name is Jess Hindley and I'm a Fitness, Dance Performance and Mindset Coach from Manchester in the UK. I am a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Consultant, with experience teaching both online and in-person workshops with clients from all over the world. My passion for fitness and mindset stems from my journey through the world of Irish dance where I competed for 20 years from the age of 6 to 26, then went on to perform professionally with the World-renowned show Riverdance. My dreams as a young dancer were always to become a World Champion and to perform with Riverdance. There were many times when I thought my dreams were not in reach, and it was only with the help of incredible teachers and mindset coaches that I found the confidence to believe in myself as a dancer and a person. After 19 years, I was finally crowned World Champion in 2018 and in the same year performed with Riverdance for Pope Francis at Croke Park in front of 80,000 people. Since then I retained my World title in 2019 and went on to perform with Riverdance in Singapore, Ireland and the UK before our 25th anniversary tour was interrupted by the Covid-19 pandemic. Like many people, I found navigating the pandemic very difficult but turned to my passion for fitness for a new goal to strive for. After many cancelled practical sessions and challenges relating to Covid-19, I was so excited to qualify as a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Nutrition Consultant in early 2022. My goal is to pass on everything I've learned both through my qualifications and my many years experience in a competitive and professional dance setting. I hope I can make a difference to my clients' lives just as my teachers and mentors did for me.

Gorsefield’s mission is to INSPIRE, CHALLENGE, EXCEL: to inspire and challenge all children and adults to excel in everything they do. The two-form entry school is situated in an area of very high deprivation, so children enter the school with very low socio-economic status and significant life challenges to be overcome. Mobility is extremely high. There are currently 23 different languages spoken at Gorsefield. The proportion of pupils who are disadvantaged is significantly higher than the national average, as is the proportion of pupils with an education, health and care plan (EHCP). The school is a UNICEF Rights Respecting (Silver) school. Gorsefield Primary School provides an environment in which all children and adults, including the community, are able to flourish socially, emotionally and academically. As a school, we make no assumptions when children enter our school. We just set the ambition.’ Thus setting all children up to succeed. That was an average of 25 new survivors - every day. TAPS provides an array of programs, comfort, and resources for the families of the fallen. TAPS held over 930 events that welcomed and supported more than 15,000 participants. We answered over 15,700 calls, resolved over 6,459 casework challenges and connected military survivors with over $241 million dollars in education benefits. We shared our experience and expertise, conducting nearly 71 training sessions on grief, trauma, and suicide postvention nationwide and worldwide reaching over 8,300 individuals. Manchester Montessori House is the first bilingual English- French kindergarten in Manchester, in the United Kingdom for children ages 3 to 6. Initially it had started as a Montessori group for Home Educating families in Greater Manchester in 2008. There was, and still is, a big demand for alternative education and Montessori is one of these options. Montessori methodology, well known worldwide, does offer holistic approach and supports all areas of children’s development. It places the child in the centre, where he/she can develop his/her full potential through carefully and purposefully offered ‘hands on’ activities. The highly qualify staff ( with a lot of teaching experiences), implement valuable principals of Montessori philosophy while educating young children in their formative years of grow. The staff aims are to provide Prepared Environment that enables children to express their full potential over the most important and crucial first six years of life, but also later on. Teachers are ‘to offer the child an environment rich in motives for activity, in which he/she can choose what he/she will take and use. In this choice he/she is free from any teacher’s control, or indeed from adult control in general’ (Montessori, 2007, p. 186). Children who attend to our setting are carefully observed and ‘scaffold’ by the experienced practitioners on the way to ‘Normalisation’ as Dr Montessori called this process and cited it as “the most important single result of our whole work” (Montessori, The Absorbent Mind, 1949). Children natural phenomena, potential and internal energy horme, – ‘this universal force is not physical, but is the force of life itself in the process of evolution’ (Polk Lillard, 1972, p.42), are directed on the most natural way of holistic development. All the little learners are treated with the respect, are given attention they deserve, are being looked after as a unique individuals. Peers in our setting are given opportunity to grow in consistency and harmony which helps them to progress in all areas of grow ‘to follow the child, adapting himself to the child’s rhythm and the psychological needs of his growth’ (Polk Lillard, 1972, p.39). It is important for us that children grow in calm, safe and beautiful environment and are learning to be creators of the world around them. They acquire how to develop self-discipline, motivation and love of work as a natural response to their internal needs. Educational materials in our kindergarten are purchased from the licensed manufacturers of Montessori materials and are the same, which are taught in all over the world. The furniture are comfortable and accessible for children. All the apparatus are made of wood or natural resources and comply with high safety requirements. We focus on each child individually to help him/ her evolve the curiosity to the nature and to the surrounding world. We promote individuals who grow free, are independent, be self-motivated and confident. They are empathic and tolerant, can recognize their own feelings but also, which is very important, can respond to the needs of others. We give children the opportunity to develop according to their respective capabilities and to easily adapt themselves in multicultural societies. The Montessori system of education provides an environment rich in activities for every area of learning. Montessori called her schools “Casa dei Bambini” or “the children’s home”. In their home from home the children find room full of mysteries, challenges and discoveries. Our Montessori approach is holistic and aims to develop the whole child when they have the greatest capacity to learn. Follow by Montessori we aim to: help children become confident, compassionate, happy, calm, purposeful, free and independent, empower them and be creative. The Institute can trace its origins to informal gatherings amongst the earlier pioneers of state school business leadership over 40 years ago. As our education system has evolved, the education workforce has had to adapt. As schools continue to be afforded more local autonomy, and with it more direct accountability, the need for well-trained, qualified and competent school business professionals (SBPs) has become increasingly important in all school leadership structures. Between 2001 and 2012, the National College led a government-sponsored programme to develop thousands of SBPs. The coalition government favoured a move towards a sector-led, self-improving system, which signalled the end of National College SBP sponsored programmes. To continue the important SBP workforce professionalisation work initiated by the National College, in 2017 ISBL became a nationally recognised professional body by being granted the prestigious status of institute. Our role in the education system ISBL’s principal function is to provide all education stakeholders with confidence in the capability of school business professionals. In order to adequately serve our education system, this workforce needs to consist of technically competent, highly skilled and experienced practitioners. Here at ISBL, we set the benchmark for effective practice through sector-endorsed professional standards and provide development opportunities for our professional community and their institutions through a portfolio of quality-assured qualifications, training, resources, research and events. Helping secure a brighter future for our children: A blueprint for school business leadership practice This is a statement of ISBL’s intent, with effective school resource management at its core. In a mixed-economy education system, it is inevitable that there will be a variety of operating models – some very large and some much smaller. The structures that support these organisations will differ, as will levels of responsibility, accountability and complexity. It is therefore unsurprising that there are many versions of the SBP role. As an institute, it is our aim to develop and support practitioners at every stage of their career journey, whether they are an aspiring SBP, a practitioner in a standalone setting or indeed operating at an executive level across a number of schools.
