Partnership Training Limited was established in 2012, specialising in provision
for Adults in Health and Social Care and Children and Young Peoples Services.
Created by two dedicated former Registered Care Managers, with a drive to ensure
apprenticeships and vocational qualifications had a powerful and worthwhile
impact on the student and service user. This industry knowledge and expertise
forged the values and ethos that we intertwine in all our practices and cascade
to our staff and students alike to support effective teaching and learning. All
Vocational Tutors have the same passion and drive to provide highly creative,
adaptable blended learning having all previously held management roles as
Registered Care Managers and Nurses in Health and Social Care and Children and
Young Peoples Services. We believe strongly in working with employers and
learners to promote best practice in care based on Sector Skills Council
guidelines and the values of employers. ‘They use their extensive knowledge and
experience in health and social care very effectively to design, develop and
deliver the provision that meets apprentices’ and employers’ training needs.
Leaders and staff have an effective partnership working with employers. This has
contributed to the quality of the teaching, training, learning and assessment
that apprentices receive and to their much-improved knowledge, skills and
