Hi! My name is Sophie, I have been practicing yoga for the past six years. I
started my yoga journey whilst living in Australia and quickly realised how much
it improved my well-being, fitness and flexibility! I returned back to my home
town in 2019 and decided to dive in to my teacher training. I completed my 200hr
Vinyasa flow teacher training at Frog Lotus International at the beautiful
Suryalila in Southern Spain. Card image cap Join me for your weekly yoga
practice, helping you improve your strength, balance and flexibility! Adding
regular yoga practice to your routine can help reduce levels of stress, increase
your mental and physical energy and helps support any other physical movement or
activities. I also offer one-to-one sessions and small groups of friends and
family with a maximum of 6 yogis per class. The studio is a quiet and calming
space where you can escape from the busyness of your day. Whatever your age, sex
or ability you are welcome in my classes. I aim to help you progress and extend
your practice, offering you the opportunity to develop at your own pace and
enjoy your time on the mat!
