Manchester Chinese Academy of Dance (MCAD) is a professional dance organisation
with the mission of promoting Chinese culture in the UK. Specialising in Chinese
classical dance and Chinese folk dance, we are committed to spreading the art of
Chinese dance to the wider community. MCAD is devoted to showcasing the many
types of traditional Chinese dance. MCAD places a strong emphasis on adhering to
high professional standards by adopting a syllabus used by prestigious dance
academies in China. We aim to give every student the most careful guidance and
provide a professional learning environment and communication platform for
Chinese dance enthusiasts. Our goal is to embrace Chinese culture by showing the
