the work you are doing and the reason for doing it. In simple terms its about
knowing the outcomes you want to achieve. There is an argument that educators
can be guilty of doing too much pushing through the examination years, and that
this takes away the "future mindedness" of students, making them feel they have
a lack of control over their life. Our programme is designed to help support
students develop their own ideas and empower them to take control over their
future.
