Everything we do is underpinned by the values that our founders, Matthew Couling and Richard Waddell, learnt whilst serving as Officers with the British Military over a combined 20 year period. Operation Encounter’s first-class team of instructors come with adventurous training, military and emergency services experience. They have a critical role in ensuring our experiences are designed and delivered in a safe and engaging way that is tailored to each and every group we work with.
