My Fine Dining Dinner Parties are extremely popular...the Menu can be designed
to the taste of you and your guests. I then come to your home or workplace if it
has a suitable kitchen and cook the meal for you! - It's a unique culinary
experience which people who appreciate food absolutely love!
2. Event Catering
I have a great deal of experience in organising and delivering Banquets and
Event Catering....Weddings, Engagement Parties, Corporate Conferences, Society
Luncheons, Formal Dinners are just some of the events that I have managed and

3. Training and Development
This is something that I really enjoy!....and the training can be done at all
levels. I can train in in both a Kitchen and Classroom environment.
I currently am working with Liverpool College to teach basic catering skills to
students but can work with all levels of ability....fell free to call me even if
