We began in 2010 as a small teaching organisation; although small, we had a big
impact working in disadvantaged areas. Our aim has always been to empower
individuals to change their lives and communities through education and
employment. We have steadily grown and now employ twelve experienced staff. The
majority of our funding has been through the successful delivery of teaching
contracts through Herefordshire Council. As of 1st January 2018 we are now also
a Herefordshire Building Better Opportunities partner, a partnership managed by
Landau which will last until December 2021. This is funded by The Big Lottery
Fund and the European Social Fund and is to fund projects that tackle poverty
and promote social inclusion.
