Intelligent Yoga Teacher Training (IYTT) is unique amongst teacher training courses. We offer an incisive, thoughtful and intelligent approach to yoga teacher training, driven by the most current scientific developments in anatomy and movement research. Delivered by an elite group of senior yoga teachers at the top of their field, IYTT offers a spacious, immersive modular structure which provides time and space for profound learning, integration and growth. Each of the teaching team draws on decades of practical experience of yoga, including particularly the work of Vanda Scaravelli and somatic, embodied practices.

This class is focused on creating an inclusive and positive space for professional contemporary dancers. Everybody is welcome to engage in our ballet for contemporary dancers company class without regard to gender identity, race, body type or disability; diversity is something we pride ourselves on. We aim to provide a class that will allow the body to become more aware of its physical activity and how we can further develop and hone in on our skills as contemporary dancers.

At Dakoda’s Dance Academy, we offer contemporary/lyrical dance classes for children of all ages and skill levels. Our experienced instructors provide a variety of activities that explore different movement styles, helping your child learn improvisation skills and incorporate storytelling into their routines. Our contemporary/lyrical classes are designed to be both fun and challenging, giving your child the opportunity to express themselves through dance while also developing their technique. By participating in our commercial-style classes, children can develop coordination early on which lays the foundation for a successful dancing future at Dakoda’s Dance Academy. We believe that contemporary/lyrical dance is a powerful tool for self-expression and creativity, and our classes provide a supportive environment for children to explore their artistic potential. Join us at Dakoda’s Dance Academy and watch as your child discovers the joy of movement and the power of dance.

(5-8yrs) Using a range of music from the latest pop songs to great musical theatre songs (old and new!) JazzPops offers a range of dance throughout the term with a dash of some musical games. Combined with an introduction to Tap class, incorporating the work of the ISTD Primary Class along with some toe tapping and super fun stomping choreography!  TRIAL BOOKINGS: Of course you are welcome to watch the trial class but following the trial, WhizzDancers are expected to be independent in the room. TERM BOOKINGS: You are welcome to watch the first class but following this your WhizzDancer will be expected to go in the class independently. You will be expected to provide full uniform. Details will be sent following. We have lots of opportunities ahead for your WhizzDancer including exams and shows. (5-7yrs) The syllabus is based on the ISTD grade however we do also incorporate an imaginative playful approach to the work to keep the Ballet fun. (6-8yrs) Jazz and modern is perfect for the kids who just can't stop moving when One Direction and Beyonce come on the telly! Using a range of music from the latest pop songs to great musical theatre songs (old and new!) JazzPops offers a range of dance throughout the term with a dash of some musical games. We also sneak in some dance technique from the ISTD Modern Theatre Syllabus. But don't tell the children that, they are having too much fun! TRIAL BOOKINGS: Of course you are welcome to watch the trial class but following the trial, WhizzDancers are expected to be independent in the room. TERM BOOKINGS: You are welcome to watch the first class but following this your WhizzDancer will be expected to go in the class independently. You will be expected to provide full uniform.
