Welcome to Yoga Soc! Our society is a big family of Yogis (of all abilities!!)
practising yoga and mindfulness in a non-judgemental environment... and having a
laugh while doing it! Every week, we hold yoga and mindfulness sessions free for
our members and this year we will be offering both in-person and online classes
(so there really is no excuse not to get involved!!). These sessions are super
varied: one week we’re meditating in silence, the next we’re burning off our uni
stress in a high-intensity class. We also organise regular socials, all of which
are centred around mindfulness, well-being & relaxation. Keep an eye on our

cultivating an inclusive environment where our members can de-stress and work on
their yoga practice in a safe, open, and accessible way. With loads of
fundraising, society collaborations, and campaigning planned, there’s no way
